Tonight, I mean, within the last 15 minutes, there was a blurb on Television about how this group of scientists has a way to stop Hurricanes, by dropping absorbant material into a heavy cloud, or hurricane, therefore killing the system before it starts. They said they'd been working on this for 5 years, and doing passes with jets, and trying it out. THIS IS THE MYSTERIOUS GELATINOUS MATERIAL THAT HAS FALLEN FROM THE SKIES FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. They've been practicing this weather modification shit now for a while, and tonight, it was publicly aired for the first time that I can recall.
They showed the jets dumping the stuff into the sky. They showed what it does when added to water, and it turns into a clear gelatinous material.
I kid you not, it's the same shit people have been seeing and finding for years. This bullshit that it's some kind of waste material from planes is utter nonsense, it's this new fibrous material they use to absorb the moisture from a weather system.
