IQ test measure one thing, aptitude for taking IQ tests. In fact all tests only measure aptitude for test taking. I've taken two IQ tests in my life. The first was in the 90's, the other was around 120. Either I'm a dullard or a genius. In truth, I'm neither. Turtle, do you have such a low self esteem that you feel the need to buy into racist bullshit? Or did a black boy beat you in a spelling bee, and you're still pissed?
The one nigger that fucked me with got a pistol stuck in his face. He ran. As for racist bullshit, I always say the same thing: call those call it racist bullshit never live with blacks, and always avoid black areas, especially at night. It's easy to discern a hypocrite.
The Reverend Jesse Jackson was walking alone at night in Washington DC. He heard footsteps behind him and was afraid he was about to be mugged—which is a common occurrence in Washington, especially at night, and especially when you are alone on a street. The Reverend turned around and saw a white man. Immediately he felt relief that he was not going to be assaulted.

If you want to say black people are poor at taking tests, ok. But when you try to spin it into something it's not it shows you to be a fool, not them.
