In my younger days I consistently did well on IQ tests but I have grown to distrust them or at least their ability to measure something they call intelligence. At best, IQ tests measure one's ability to do IQ tests; some of the people who have scored very well on such tests have made truly wretched life decisions.

Here we have bell curves representing, supposedly, black IQ and white IQ. As measured by IQ tests worked up by white folk. Essentially the black demographic was judged by an all-white jury. Instead of indicating racial inferiority, it reflects the defects of the testing itself, including the notion of exactly what counts in estimating a person's "intelligence".

IQ tests have been around for over 100 years and have been refined enough to be very accuate.

That they are not is a tiresome cliche not even worth discussing.
