IQ test measure one thing, aptitude for taking IQ tests. In fact all tests only measure aptitude for test taking.
If you want to say black people are poor at taking tests, ok. But when you try to spin it into something it's not it shows you to be a fool, not them.

I've taken two IQ tests in my life. The first was in the 90's, the other was around 120. Either I'm a dullard or a genius. In truth, I'm neither.

He heard footsteps behind him and was afraid he was about to be mugged—which is a common occurrence in Washington, especially at night, and especially when you are alone on a street.
