In my younger days I consistently did well on IQ tests but I have grown to distrust them or at least their ability to measure something they call intelligence. At best, IQ tests measure one's ability to do IQ tests; some of the people who have scored very well on such tests have made truly wretched life decisions. Here we have bell curves representing, supposedly, black IQ and white IQ. As measured by IQ tests worked up by white folk. Essentially the black demographic was judged by an all-white jury. Instead of indicating racial inferiority, it reflects the defects of the testing itself, including the notion of exactly what counts in estimating a person's "intelligence".
IQ tests have been around for over 100 years and have been refined enough to be very accuate. That they are not is a tiresome cliche not even worth discussing.

IQ test measure one thing, aptitude for taking IQ tests. In fact all tests only measure aptitude for test taking. I've taken two IQ tests in my life. The first was in the 90's, the other was around 120. Either I'm a dullard or a genius. In truth, I'm neither. Turtle, do you have such a low self esteem that you feel the need to buy into racist bullshit? Or did a black boy beat you in a spelling bee, and you're still pissed?

I've forgotten the names of the ones I took, but it never varied from 125-126. The ACT/SAT are intelligence tests, and when I converted my ACT (didn't take the SAT in high school) at 16 it still said 126. I took the Mensa test once and they told me, ha ha, your IQ is 126 and you're not smart enough to join us.

The Reverend Jesse Jackson was walking alone at night in Washington DC. He heard footsteps behind him and was afraid he was about to be mugged—which is a common occurrence in Washington, especially at night, and especially when you are alone on a street. I finally took that multiple intelligences test. With five as the highest score: Spatial 4 Self 3.86 Language 3.57 Music 3.57 Nature 3.43 Social 3.43 Musical 3.29 Logic/Math 2.43 Body 1.14 Never was an athlete. I walk and stretch out. I can actually put my foot behind my head.

I live in a mixed race community, and work in a mixed race industry that requires intelligence and skill.
I deal with and socialize with blacks from all social economic levels.
You will discover how ignorant you are.
