The Pentagon is actively and presently threatening the lives and livelihoods of all American citizens living on or near every coastline. The shockwaves coming from the reckless and intentional actions of the United States military will impact all 300 million citizens and non citizens alike. This is not a statement rooted in hyperbole, it is an undeniable fact and I invite the reader to tune in tonight to The Common Sense Show with Dave Hodges and hear how the Pentagon convicts itself of this allegation inside of thousands of pages of documentation.

Tonight on The Common Sense Show with Dave Hodges, Rosalind Peterson, a retired USDA official, appears with news that is stunning and unprecedented with regard to the United States military. In short, through Operation Red Flag, the United States military is waging war against the people of the United States, particularly along the East, West and Gulf Coasts with a behemoth five year war game coupled with weather modification exercises of which, according to Air Force documentation, is designed to “induce crop shortage which will result in famines.”

A five year war game is unprecedented in American military history. It appears to many experts, in the know, to be a blank check to keep our military in a permanent state of mobilization and alert status. Is the purpose of Operation Red Flag designed to be a kickoff strategy to bring about a third world war? Is this a thinly veiled coup de tat? Or, when the American economy collapses under its own debt, are these the forces of subjugation designed to usher in a “New America” with unprecedented vengeance? Undoubtedly, the listener will decide, but as I can attest to, I have seen the documentation and you are about to be exposed to the same government documentation and your view of the Pentagon will never be the same.

Although not well publicized, Operation Red Flag has been objected to, in writing, by at least seven United States Senators as well as the entire Congressional delegation from Oregon.

Whether of not the United States military has commenced waging against its citizens resulting from the fallout of phosphorous gas and depleted uranium is beyond doubt. Tune into the show as Ms. Peterson presents the Pentagon’s own documentation which serves to clearly validate her claims. This further begs the question, who is really in charge of the Pentagon? Agriculture Defense Coalition (ADC)

The Agriculture Defense Coalition is dedicated to protecting agriculture, our water supplies, trees, and pollinators from a wide variety of experimental weather modification and atmospheric testing programs and experiments.

These experimental programs will cause a decline in agriculture crop production, exacerbate declines in tree health, and add toxic chemicals to our water supplies and soils. These tests showing increasing (spikes), levels of toxic chemicals used in atmospheric tests. In the United States anyone may modify or mitigate your weather or climate without your consent. Any government agency, the military, state, county, city, private corporation, weather modification company or individual can modify your weather at any time. No public notification is required other than to report these programs to the United States Interior Department, NOAA. However, it has been learned that many programs are not reported to NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration).

U.S. Senate Bill S601 (initiated by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison), could be passed by the U.S. Senate at any time. This bill funds experimental weather mitigation and modification programs, does not require congressional oversight, sets up a board of directors who essentially may take bribes and be in office for years, does not have public oversight, public notification or public consent requirements. This bill expands experimental weather modification and mitigation programs in the United States. Upper atmospheric testing contintues without public oversight or consent and with little, if any, public notification. U.S. Navy Plans to Decimate 11.7 Million Marine Mammals over the next 5-Years...

Letter from several Senators including Senator Barbara Boxer to NOAA-June 17, 2009:

"...In many regions, the Navy plans to increase the number of its exercises or expand the areas in which they may occur, and virtually every coastal state will be affected. Some exercises may occur in the nation's most biologically sensitive marine habitats, including National Marine Sanctuaries and breeding habitat for the endangered North Atlantic right whale. In all, the Navy anticipates more than 2.3 million takes (significant disruptions in marine mammal foraging, breeding, and other essential behaviors) per year, or 11.7 million takes over the course of a five-year permit..."

There are 30 days for public comment on the U.S. Navy 5-Year Warfare Testing Program for the Navy NWTRC Final Environmental Impact Statement which was issued on September 10, 2010. Public comment goes to the U.S. Navy, all of our elected officials at every level of government, NOAA, and President Obama. U.S. Congressional Hearings to protect our marine mammals are needed at this time in order to protect public health, the fishing industry, our marine mammals, birds, fish, and national marine sanctuaries from all of these U.S. Navy 5-Year Warfare testing experiments

There are no mitigation measures that would protect our oceans from these 5-Year Warfare Testing programs...there are too many redundant programs which may be extended without public oversight or consent once implemented. Fish, habitat, human health, toxic chemical usage and type, and bomb blasts are not part of NOAA (NMFS), items of investigation at this time. Many of these 5-Year Navy Warfare programs are to be implemented and several have already been approved by NOAA and deployed.

"...Concerned citizens in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California, along with citizens across the United States are protesting this action by the United States government and the United States Navy. Almost all of our elected representatives are silent when it comes to opposing this disastrous program. The major news media, with only two known exceptions, has elected not to cover this story leaving coverage to a few small newspapers located in remote areas. The only television station that has covered this issue is KTVU Channel 2 Investigation U.S. Navy Warfare Testing Program on May 18, 2009 [10].

Our U.S. Senators and members of the U.S. House have refused, so far, to postpone these disastrous “takings” or hold U.S. Congressional Hearings while pretending to be ocean environment friendly in their re-election speeches. In addition to refusing to be interviewed by the press with regard to this issue our elected officials are refusing to hold U.S. Congressional hearings in order to protect our marine mammals, fish, birds, endangered species, and human health.

The U.S. Congress, NOAA, and the U.S. Navy are ignoring Chapter 5 of the April 2010, Report of the NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE – PRESIDENT’S CANCER PANEL “Exposure to Contaminants and Other Hazards from Military Sources” [8]. We do know that the U.S. Navy and the Air Force will be using toxic chemicals and other contaminants in the Gulf of Mexico and other ocean areas. We can’t afford to go forward with new forms of ocean and land contamination from these 5-Year Warfare Testing Experiments until these issues are examined. Hearings should be held by the U.S. Congress in order to protect human and ocean health and the health of our marine mammals and our coastal fishing industry.

It is time for all of us to step up and say “NO” to the U.S. Navy and Air Force War on our oceans. With the recent Gulf of Mexico oil spill all we need now is to subject this area and the people who live there to another ecological disaster. Expanding and initiating warfare testing in more areas of the Pacific, the Atlantic, and the Gulf of Mexico, will also spell disaster for our marine mammals and fish as well. We do not elect to be the guinea pigs for land test experiments or have our oceans used for massive warfare testing. Say “no” today…Ask for U.S. Congressional Hearings to protect human health and our marine mammals."

(a) Prohibited activities

The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by

contract) -

(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical

agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or

(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent

on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions

Subject to subsections (c), (d) , and (e) of this section, the

prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a

test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,

therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or

research activity.

2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against

toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related

to riot control.

(c) Informed consent required

The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment

described in subsection (b) of this section only if informed

consent to the testing was obtained from each human subject in

advance of the testing on that subject.

(d) Prior notice to Congress

Not later than 30 days after the date of final approval within

the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to

be conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or

under contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing

of a chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense

shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and

the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a

report setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the

experiment or study may then be conducted only after the end of the

30-day period beginning on the date such report is received by

those committees.

(e) ''Biological agent'' defined

In this section, the term ''biological agent'' means any

micro-organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or

protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally

occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such

micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its

origin or method of production, that is capable of causing -

(1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human,

an animal, a plant, or another living organism;

(2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or

materials of any kind; or

(3) deleterious alteration of the environment.

The Statute 1520a to the right in its entirety allows through direct and indirect statutes allowing experiments that can even be to terminate an individual or population, One of the casual relationships we call to question is that of chemtrails ( massive widespread spraying of the entire N. American continent with aluminum, barium and specially treated desiccated blood platelets, and currently about to released in pictures on stamps search chemtrails on the internet ) and that of what we feel is a related widespread use of 500 mile diameter radar pulses tailored to be as intense 500 miles from the epicenter as it is at the epicenter using a special mathematical process.

We feel that the excuse which may have truth to it, where the DOD claims they are trying to reduce the greenhouse effect by putting up a blanket of material to reflect light back into space, is only a smokescreen for a secondary purpose which is the reduction of the source of the problem of the green house effect problem namely mankind; and that the real second use is to reduce mankind's numbers instead of releasing advanced technology that can reduce emissions from mans activities, they won't release the technology because it can also release third world nations from being dominated by the oil industry and power brokering that the industry represents.

The technical issue is that humans breathing in the metals sprayed all over them have these metals further drawn into vital portions of the human cell structures of say the mitochondria tubules and by high output emf from 500 mile diameter radar and other local emf possibly even the ordinary 60 cycle house wiring fields; where subsequently the 500 mile diameter radar bursts or in case where a subject is implanted with a GPS microchip or a person is targeted by home radar surveillance or other homeland security electronic surveillance technology, will then have the cellular deposits of metals and other toxins react directly to the emf of the radar or home borne 60 cycle or intelligence surveillance that have an electronic output that will electrophoretically affect the metals to migrate into the cells and then subsequently act like an antenna increasing the amplitude of emf signal or energy thereby effecting the biology of people to reach damaging levels. It appears that such a methodology is at work where the spraying and radar bursts are a means to decrease the immune system and subsequently kill old and young alike with uncommon systemic reactions due to hereditary predisposition.

A Point of fact addressed to any attorney lacking loophole insight. Have you seen the evidence linked to suitable urls in the above paragraphs, and could such activities be carried out in lieu of the evidence without the intrepetion of the statute to the right having loopholes as described. If you can not see the facts now I suggest you change vocation.

Why should they notify congress, because congress is your direct representative where they act on all citizens behalf's by virtue of their status of appointed representatives; for the "The Secretary of Defense" to tell them is a technicality that they have told all citizens as the congress has the power to act on the citizens behalf literally, literally in that congress can issue legislation to recruit, nominate, volunteer you or otherwise directly action ate any activity and further wherein they do or would not respond to such a DOD oriented request is in actuality to allow through abrogation of authority the activities presented by DOD authorities.

I will assert that is impossible and infers that the police act as representatives for the crowd and determine what course of action is best done on the behalf of the protesters, namely gas, shoot, mace, arrest, rubber bullet, electronic denial or vomit inducing weapon, or blind them or do the things mentioned on this site; meaning that just like a congress that represents the people and churn out legislation, the police will make the decisions because there is no way they could ask the protesters. Its a given that they need to make decisions without consent under extreme circumstances ( extreme is way wide open as a reason to extend permissions, a loophole lovers dream come true. )

The highlighted statement above when taken in context with the assertion that it is in relation to exemptions means actually NO informed consent is required when coupled with exemption b-1 above making the consent requirement below irrelevant, contrary to the way it is perceived alone as a statement; in actuality a slickly written loophole phrase to state informed consent is exempted from being required.

Additionally note above number (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related

to riot control. Where together with consideration that doctors have remained silent about fatal human experiments proven to have been done and the always present corruption in government it can be understood that since electronic weapons have been added to Federal, State, and local elite police arsenals, and where such devices are available it is inevitable that they are used in ways that cause the harm written about on this web site and in the book.

( Research Investigators ) Note in relation to notification of congress is just as the issue of riot control, where congress are true representatives they make law and without the consent of the people but with tacit oermission by being the peoples representative, and that very issue illustrates that congress persons are the ones technically giving written consent on behalf of the citizens, the public need not be contacted as the representative acts for them. Everything is done without notifying the public as usual because in the case of congress needing to be notified is as it needed to be to stop public notification, God knows we wouldn't give permission without knowing everything. DOD personnel notifying the Congress is technically to notify the public without actually doing so. In reality the DOD can and does anything it wants through these loopholes and its only obligation is to tell congress. All the other smoke and mirrors statements have built in loopholes. )
