What really chaps my hide is when no one is willing to challenge the repeated lie that Iran or Ahmadinadjad (sp?) said they would "wipe Israel off the map". Whatever psy-ops translator came up with that should be publicly tried. The original statement was "The regime in Jerusalem will one day vanish from the pages of time" (a statement of hope on their part which I can sympathize with) in some twisted way gets converted to a promise of eventual attack.
"Death to America". Uh huh. Just to have hostile sentiment towards an empire that has done nothing but meddle in the affairs of your country for generations is apparently enough to warrant the deaths of people in your own country.
"And what if the sanctions don't work?" Clearly Iraq is a precedent for sanctions in action. And as Madeline Albright admitted, the deaths of hundreds of thousands of children and others (and this was before 9/11) was "worth it". It wasn't acceptable then against the Iraqis and it is certainly NOT acceptable now against the Iranians.

yes, mine too, and what further chaps mine is when you offer that fact to certain people, they continue with the lie.
