I ran into this series a couple of days ago and it is a fascinating and well written series. It is both interesting from a modern history perspective, and from the point of view of how our society is manipulated and controlled.

Just to set it up. For those not already in the know Laurel Canyon, in LA, has long been a home to movie stars, writers, and other famous figures. In the 60's it became THE address for many Rock Stars, as well as Charles Manson. It has been the scene of death, debauchery, drug use, and creativity.

For a number of years now I have been hearing, and reading, about how our pop music and surrounding culture has been a tool of control and transformation of the society. I'll leave it to you the curious to decide for yourself. The series is an interesting read just for the historical events and rock and roll history and trivia as well as the inner workings. It works just as an interesting read, but carries deeper implications as to things we have always assumed to be true that are not. It is also quite spooky, in more than one way, when you start sifting through it and evaluating for yourself what the information implies. One word of caution, the series is addictive and I found myself reading through most of it in two evenings.

McGowen certainly has a treasure trove of various information, and writes prolifically.

He's the source of some of the articles I've posted concerning seldom mentioned news articles such as the "Finders" and the Presidio cases.

Oddly he took down the series, named The Pedophocracy.

He's written at least a few interesting books as well apparently.

you're projecting a persona of a person capable of writing a book yourself. maybe so.

I read all 17 parts of Dave McGowan's series on Laurel Canyon. It was interesting, but I don't advise reading it unless you can afford to waste some time.

it is amazing how many of the people in his story died young. Normally from drug and/or alcohol excessive use. was it just plain evil that was orchestrating some events (like charlie manson) or was it deep undercover intelligence operations causing these things.

I'm reminded of how Marie Antoinette once snapped 'we are the makers of morals'. Someone had told her that she should not kiss in public because it was against the morals of the public. and she said something like 'we are the makers of morals'. something like that.

concerning the rock music and new cultural standards brought forth in the 1960's, who was it that changed the music and brought forth the new standards and styles? Was it spontaneous? doesn't seem likely to me.

I mean some people may be supportive of these changes of the 1960's. Maybe it was good for Mackenzie phillips to have sex with her father for 10 years and then tell everyone about it? Maybe all those orgies and drug use leading to so many deaths were good? The Hells Angels killing someone right in front of the stage in full view as the photos showed and yet the bands just played on. There were ritual killings in that story. Who can say this was good?

only a fool. the question remains. Was it evil spiritual forces who caused so much to come together and coagulate at Laurel Canyon? Or was it CIA/MKUltra,etc.? or both.

I think you're right.

and if you read the stories about the pedophile gangs that police have found, I mean the pedophile gangs the CIA uses to 'mind-control' little children, then you know that these groups that do the mind-control use tools of satan worship in the process. They involve little children in satan worship activities, in ritual sacrifice of animals as part of the mind-control indoctrination process.

It is important to understand that police investigators from 2 police departments, San Francisco and Tallahassee, FL, identified that the pedophile gangs involved in mind-control will sexually abuse the children, turn them into sex objects for adults, and use satanic rituals, and on top of that give the children drugs such as cocaine. all this is done and local police cannot prosecute because it is CIA associated.

When these kids get to be adults, most of them are not useful to their programmers. I don't know what portion are killed to keep them quiet. but the mind-control process does not work with all of them or does not work well for some of them. But some of them become mind-controlled. They can be instructed on exactly how to live their lives, exactly what their goals are and then like wind-up toys they go forth and do their jobs.

Their jobs might be to assassinate or to build a career in a desired location.

Charles Manson's group were living across the street from a CIA facility where movies were secretly made.

I'll take a look at it when I have the stomach. Not tonight though. FL mentioned it too.

And yes, we live in scary times, but we have to have the courage to look and see what is there, because that is the only way it can be overcome.
