One of the biggest problems with women is their desire for "safety" and "security." Unfortunately, society can go exactly no place without people taking risks -- and 99% of the time it's men who take that risk.

We'd still be livng in caves or stick-and-mud huts without men taking risks.

I have worked for myself almost my entire life. I've started businesses and provided jobs. Currently I am starting another business. It might fail, but probably not. It will provide jobs.

In a sense, a lot of women -- and a lot of men, too -- are parasites. Someone else is supposed to take the risks and provide the jobs. If they fail, then they're a "loser." If they succeed, then many people think they are owed easy high-paying jobs.

I know quite a few women who even today, with "feminism," still think men are supposed to support them. They want that "security" but seem oblivious to the risks men take to invent/discover everything.

If we end up with a female world made out of Nerf, and little boys are turned into girls with Ritalin and brainwashing...then who's going to be left to create, discover, invent and advance society?

Turtle, you really should give the stereotypes a rest. They are almost always wrong. Race, gender, whatever.

Women these days are just as independant as men, as can be seen by the rise in women working and deliberate single motherhood.
I see women in the workplace doing the same work as men, taking risks, being competitive.
This aint 1960 anymore.

This is only true because of what passes for work these days.

Do you see any women working on garbage trucks or as bricklayers' helpers?

Camille Paglia calls them (and you) "grass hut feminists" and she said that any city you build wouldn't survive the first rainstorm, being built out of grass.

So much for "just as independant as men".

Helen Of Troy had a "face (and other attributes, wink wink) that could launch a thousand ships", but those ships were filled with men.

Women should be glad that men love them enough to carve a civilization out of a wilderness to make them comfy, instead of pretending that the things men do are just something that women haven't gotten around to in their "quest for equality" yet.

Women don't want any hot, dirty, sweaty, dangerous jobs.

I worked as a carpenter and almost got killed once. I also drove a taxi.

There are no women carpenters, and I met only one female driver.

Women should thank God men have done the things for them we do.
