INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The head of Indiana's Bureau of Motor Vehicles faces a charge of public indecency. Andrew Miller was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
It's public indecency and indecent exposure for an incident in downtown Indianapolis. Police say they caught Miller in a plain clothes vice investigation.
An undercover officer said he saw Miller in the men's room stall with his pants at his ankles. And, he said Miller invited the officer to engage in sexual activity. That's why police were at Claypool Court, downtown -- due to complaints of lewd behavior inside a public men's restroom.
The officer said, when he saw the commissioner in the bathroom, Miller made no attempt to stop what he was already doing in the stall. Not long after, the police say, Miller left the rest room. That's when police arrested him.
We went to Miller's home, hoping to get his side of the story. But, with all the lights off here, I was not surprised to find no one answered the door.
I called the spokesman for the BMV, to see whether there was any official comment. He said he knew no more than what was already public knowledge. He deferred questions to the Governor's Office. I called the Governor's representative. She told me: so far, no one there has enough information about the case to comment on it.
I walked out and thought, what is it with these fags and public restrooms in parks?
There is something about the smell of urine and feces that seems to make them think of sex. They also like the furtiveness, the semi-public thing.
If you pay attention, you'll notice that most homos will beeline straight to the restroom in a bar or a restaurant. And they spend a lot of time in there, even more than women do.
