Interesting questions. Cremo is a Hindu creationist.

He doesn't really have a scientific background. He appears on tabloid-science cable shows like Ancient Aliens.

His work is routinely pooh-poohed by the establishment. Of course, sometimes a kook really is just a kook.

He really needs to bring some stronger evidence for his assertions and theories. I've always thought we had a much longer and more varied history than we are taught and one only need review the history of such evolution frauds as Piltdown Man and Nebraska Man and all the other establishment frauds that usually turn out to be animal body parts or just ordinary modern humans skeletons.

He does present some interesting archeological finds that I didn't know about. His assertions and theories are new to me, so I can't really comment on what they entail or lack.

I've long thought that the history is longer and more varied than we have been taught. That's why I found this book trailer intersting, although I didn't have any knowledge of the auther.

I've been a fan of Cremo for some time.
Some of his ideas are a bit loony, but he does talk of some interesting archeological finds.
Archeologists (and science in general) too often ignore things that dont fit into their theorys. I say that as someone who is a big fan of science and understands the scientific method.
Modern science is like the "dark ages" was for religion but with less torture. Instead of torturing heretics, they torture data and ridicule dissenters. See AGW.
