In early October, Schwarzenegger signed AB 12 and a gaggle of other 'child welfare' laws, enhancing and empowering the foster system for kids whom the state seizes from their parents. But who is safeguarding Arnold's children? A week before his minor child reported accepting money to strip nude for strangers on a beach, Schwarzenegger gave a keynote speech at the occultic Bohemian Grove club in Northern California. In 1991, William Kennedy Smith was tried and aquitted of rape charges. Arnold's daughter Katherine recently wrote an essay for him on father's day, noting that when he faces criticism, he brushes it off: "I hear what they’re saying, but it doesn’t matter to me.” Perhaps this is one of those times. But there are some unanswered questions which deserve to be answered. Who was Patrick Schwarzenegger with at Cape Cod? Who took him to Nantucket? What really happened there? If an ordinary 'peon', or citizen of the State of California had a kid who went to school and announce to the teacher that they were paid to strip naked and walk around, what would the teacher do? Would they ignore it? No. Matter of fact, if they did ignore it, they would be open to criminal charges themselves. There are 'mandatory reporting' laws. Would the 'authorities' and law enforcement laugh off the charge as a funny story? A whimsical vacation perhaps? We live in a society that arrrests and charges parents with crimes for innocent bathtime pictures of their children. Police arrest and charge teenagers with crimes based on what they post on facebook. Police arrest and charge people with crimes after they post videos on youtube. Law enforcement is constantly monitoring and scrutinizing what goes on the internet. Is the case of Patrick Schwarzenegger immune from such invasive police state scrutiny? If so, why? On Friday, I wrote the article covering the fact that California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's minor son had tweeted "Just got payed 500 dollars for walking and talking to people on a beach completely naked... Muahahja" at 2:04 PM Aug 12th via Echofon. Where are all the busibody socialist do-gooders who want to 'protect the children'? Is it okay, normal, and acceptable for minors to do such things? Even if what Patrick Schwarzenegger tweeted is not verified as true, shouldn't it be checked into? Schwarzenegger and his wife Maria Kennedy Shriver are both complete authoritarian control-freak socialists. They praise 'child protective services' as for the betterment and protection of society. They take the stance, thorough the policies and laws they enact, that the state maintains ownership over your children. On Friday, I asked "@PSchwarzenegger Just curious, what do your parents think about that?" No reply yet. Silence from the governor's office and the Massachusetts chaperones, whoever they were, who were supposedly watching over the kid. What if this were Kobe Bryant's, Tiger Woods, Kim Kardashian, or Paris Hilton's kid who tweeted such a thing? Why, TMZ and all the other gossip mongers would go hog wild and the entire world would be demanding that the kid be seized immediately.
