Last Update: 1:12 am | MCALLEN - The FBI is now putting up a reward in connection with the attack of a Border Patrol Agent seven months ago.

Last March the agent was on patrol south of McAllen when suspected smugglers threw pieces of concrete at him. The agent was struck in the face causing serious injuries. The agent has since returned to duty after undergoing facial re-constructive surgery.

Federal agents are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. They are asking anyone with information to come forward. Please call Border Patrol at 1-800-863-9382 or the FBI at 984-6300.

Poster Comment: I'm truly sorry that the Border Patrol Agent who was viciously attacked and left with a crushed face didn't clear leather and make his assailants stone dead before the little brown turds connected with potentially deadly concrete missiles. This would require no change in the law and is almost certainly within policy.

The report is unclear but I'm assuming that the agent was driving and strapped in his seat (not conducive to fast draw) and was nailed through an open window. And he may look better than ever after reconstructive surgery, but he will likely suffer every time the barometer changes for the rest of his life. In a word, "SUX".

Although I don't support the "wars of petroleum/poppy occupation" on two fronts or the senseless murders of natives who misinterpret stop commands at checkpoints, I do understand why soldiers shoot those indigenous personnel including children who throw stones at our troops. (I don't mean soldiers inside and protected by an armored vehicle but those on patrol who are at risk of being struck)

Assuming a victim survives the impact, a stone the size of a golf ball can leave a man drooling, blind, wheelchair bound and/or a diapered quad requiring a "wiper" for the rest of his life.

("Dis dam job don't pay nuttin an ever' time I gots to wipe yo' ass I'm gon' wipe under yo' nose wid it, honkey!")

I can't think of any greater indignity.

The very thought of being at the mercy of some sadistic aide who abuses helpless patients is among my most terrifying nightmares.

Pardon this graphic and disgusting example but the point I wish to stress is this: There are things worse than dying. There's wishing you were dead and the inability to take some cruel sicko with you.

And, as much as I despise cops decked out in riot gear who can't wait to shoot and hopefully injure some "anarchist, greenie or commie" with "non lethal unless we want them to be lethal" projectiles, I don't understand why French riot cops aren't properly equipped like their US counterparts. The French police aren't adequately protected against bricks, bottles and such. And if I was in "Le Service Porcin" I damned sure wouldn't stand toe to toe with angry Euro protesters without the best protective gear available, like Los Gringos Puercos who sadistically provoke then pummel protesters, bystanders, etc., in the good ol' "ISA."

"Oh, oh Ruby....Don't Take Your Love To Town......."

Think about it, fellas. And, remember to keep your windows up and your hatches secured whenever you drive past any of the black or brown victims you're helping to keep down with your white skin.

It is a lie. The FBI will never pay the reward. It is only offered so foolish Americans that believe the lie will come forward in information.

The ratshit who does come forward will find that he's wanted on some federal charge that carries a "twenty years in the gas chamber" penalty, and he'll be given a choice; take the reward and the rap and then he won't qualify for a public defender and once he's convicted he'll still owe his lawyer another 10 Gs, or walk free but empty handed.

"Conspiracy to murder a federal agent. That's right, fella. You were there and you didn't report the crime or name the assailants so that means you were with them. And. once we arrest them do you think they'll clear the guy who dropped dime on them for a reward?"

The government doesn't give away money. The FBI will claim some excuse or exception. They may claim they already had the information and, even if they use the information, the FBI will claim that the information was not adequate.

The FBI, much like major American police departments, is in the business of taking stuff. The cash they confiscate along the way is often kept and later used for distribution in matters like this. To take this "reward" incentive to the street cop level, many cops, when narcotics were seized, particularly heroin, would hold back some and use it at a later date as a bribe for information. A typical trade off would go something like a swap of 20 decks of heroin for solid information on a rapist, shooter, etc. The theory was the junkie would steal to get the money for his dope, so why not trade off confiscated junk for the opportunity to take a larger threat down. A small tick down in the street level crimes that junkies specializ in was an added bonus. At higher levels, money was involved. To twist the words of Walter Cronkite, and "That's the way it was"

Right.
