Last Update: 1:12 am | MCALLEN - The FBI is now putting up a reward in connection with the attack of a Border Patrol Agent seven months ago.

Last March the agent was on patrol south of McAllen when suspected smugglers threw pieces of concrete at him. The agent was struck in the face causing serious injuries. The agent has since returned to duty after undergoing facial re-constructive surgery.

Federal agents are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. They are asking anyone with information to come forward. Please call Border Patrol at 1-800-863-9382 or the FBI at 984-6300.

Poster Comment: I'm truly sorry that the Border Patrol Agent who was viciously attacked and left with a crushed face didn't clear leather and make his assailants stone dead before the little brown turds connected with potentially deadly concrete missiles. This would require no change in the law and is almost certainly within policy.

The report is unclear but I'm assuming that the agent was driving and strapped in his seat (not conducive to fast draw) and was nailed through an open window. And he may look better than ever after reconstructive surgery, but he will likely suffer every time the barometer changes for the rest of his life. In a word, "SUX".

Although I don't support the "wars of petroleum/poppy occupation" on two fronts or the senseless murders of natives who misinterpret stop commands at checkpoints, I do understand why soldiers shoot those indigenous personnel including children who throw stones at our troops. (I don't mean soldiers inside and protected by an armored vehicle but those on patrol who are at risk of being struck)

Assuming a victim survives the impact, a stone the size of a golf ball can leave a man drooling, blind, wheelchair bound and/or a diapered quad requiring a "wiper" for the rest of his life.

("Dis dam job don't pay nuttin an ever' time I gots to wipe yo' ass I'm gon' wipe under yo' nose wid it, honkey!")

I can't think of any greater indignity.

The very thought of being at the mercy of some sadistic aide who abuses helpless patients is among my most terrifying nightmares.

Pardon this graphic and disgusting example but the point I wish to stress is this: There are things worse than dying. There's wishing you were dead and the inability to take some cruel sicko with you.

And, as much as I despise cops decked out in riot gear who can't wait to shoot and hopefully injure some "anarchist, greenie or commie" with "non lethal unless we want them to be lethal" projectiles, I don't understand why French riot cops aren't properly equipped like their US counterparts. The French police aren't adequately protected against bricks, bottles and such. And if I was in "Le Service Porcin" I damned sure wouldn't stand toe to toe with angry Euro protesters without the best protective gear available, like Los Gringos Puercos who sadistically provoke then pummel protesters, bystanders, etc., in the good ol' "ISA."

"Oh, oh Ruby....Don't Take Your Love To Town......."

Think about it, fellas. And, remember to keep your windows up and your hatches secured whenever you drive past any of the black or brown victims you're helping to keep down with your white skin.

DisOrderOnTheBorder.

even I agree we need order on the border.

It is a lie. The FBI will never pay the reward. It is only offered so foolish Americans that believe the lie will come forward in information.

The ratshit who does come forward will find that he's wanted on some federal charge that carries a "twenty years in the gas chamber" penalty, and he'll be given a choice; take the reward and the rap and then he won't qualify for a public defender and once he's convicted he'll still owe his lawyer another 10 Gs, or walk free but empty handed.

"Conspiracy to murder a federal agent. That's right, fella. You were there and you didn't report the crime or name the assailants so that means you were with them. And. once we arrest them do you think they'll clear the guy who dropped dime on them for a reward?"

The government doesn't give away money. The FBI will claim some excuse or exception. They may claim they already had the information and, even if they use the information, the FBI will claim that the information was not adequate.

The government doesn't give away money

The FBI, much like major American police departments, is in the business of taking stuff. The cash they confiscate along the way is often kept and later used for distribution in matters like this. To take this "reward" incentive to the street cop level, many cops, when narcotics were seized, particularly heroin, would hold back some and use it at a later date as a bribe for information. A typical trade off would go something like a swap of 20 decks of heroin for solid information on a rapist, shooter, etc. The theory was the junkie would steal to get the money for his dope, so why not trade off confiscated junk for the opportunity to take a larger threat down. A small tick down in the street level crimes that junkies specializ in was an added bonus. At higher levels, money was involved. To twist the words of Walter Cronkite, and "That's the way it was"

Those organizations that constantly do not honor their bargains soon find themselves without any allies.

The KGB had all the snitches they could ever hope for despite the fact that most people feared and despised them. The informants regarded themselves as patriots. As with most state worshipers they never admitted to themselves that they were too cowardly to stand up to tyranny. In short, they never had any choice to make.

Every year police departments and federal agencies uses the same old ruse to arrest wanted persons (particularly the slippery ones who have accrued experience at evading arrest) by sending them invitations to free dinners with promises of payoffs, i.e., cruise ship vacations or other jackpots. And, some police department advertises that they found a kilo of cocaine or reefer and "Will the owner please come by the station and claim it?"

And, guess what?

Despite ample media coverage of the stupidity of those arrested the cops/feds succeed again and again.

The FBI will have all of the snitch support and sucker bait swallows they've ever had and the rest will erect mental barriers or remain frozen in fear from the perpetual federal-media intimidation "Our omnipotent FBI" campaign.

As it stands now most Americans don't care if their neighbors are dragged away for the crime of believing in individual liberty or personal privacy, so the FBI is in no immediate danger of "forfeiting oodles of allies."

I'd hate to speculate how many people would send their kids to a slave labor camp if they received an official looking letter from the FBI ordering it. Some may contact their attorneys (or call the FBI for "reel cheep but free advice" to ask if it's all nice and legal) and when lawyers assure their clients that "Presidential Signing Statement # 666 was upheld by a judge!!!" and is therefore legal ("No, Mr. Snerdly, since you asked, there is no constitutional or other bar to the absolute power of the new federal govt since 9/11, and I'm required to report this consultation because of that question!") The FBI's unlimited powers (including summary execution powers pursuant to temporary modifications to rules of engagement and the power of mass execution i.e. immolation of hostiles in occupied dwellings using Delta Force troops and equipment) are all perfectly legal. Hey, just ask any federal judge! (Remember, a federal judge ruled that "American citizens of Japanese descent have demonstrated the inability to remain loyal to the US" during WWII despite the fact that not one was ever convicted of espionage)

If a judge decrees it (and he/she is appointed for life and no judge has ever been impeached for wrongfully ruling in the govt's favor and in fact blatantly questionable rulings often stand in judicial districts even if contrary precedents are in effect elsewhere and the SCOTUS is not required to hear challenges where usurped govt powers are at issue) then that would certainly explain the old axiom, "The logical place for an honest man in a corrupt society is in prison."

That's right, fella. And, if you're still not convinced and you continue flirting with this terrorist profile activity, the Feds will send a few guys over to slap you around and if you resist, send you into the bowels of a secret dungeon or into the waiting arms of your ancestors...

Just think of the FBI as safety equipment like the helmets that hyper-retards and head injury victims wear. They're to protect us from bad peepul (i.e. those who question auto COLAs for govt) and from ourselves.

Excellent post, DAWG.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.

If you want to lay down and die, go right ahead. But by defending tyranny at every possible opportunity, you make yourself part of the problem.

Instead of saying how the people will lose, you should be saying how the people can win.

Your opinion omits one thing. When the USSR finally collapsed. It collapsed quickly, like a house of card. Afterward, it came out that practically EVERYONE, except some of those at the top, hated and LOATHED the communist system. And they were all looking for the right time and proper excuse to throw their communist system into the trash. And when they were given the opportunity, they took it and won.

Instead of saying how the people will lose, you should be saying how the people can win.

Your opinion omits one thing. When the USSR finally collapsed. It collapsed quickly, like a house of card.(sic) Afterward, it came out that practically EVERYONE, except some of those at the top, hated and LOATHED the communist system. And they were all looking for the right time and proper excuse to throw their communist system into the trash. And when they were given the opportunity, they took it and won.

And you have overlooked the most important point. The Soviet system was economically non viable from the beginning and it was never intended to benefit any but a fortunate and powerful five percentile. That had nothing to do with the clock running out and it would still be going regardless of a lack of popular support no matter how many hated and LOATHED the communist system.

The lack of allies or popular support was little more than a footnote in the account of the USSR's demise. It endured for 70-plus years because of the fear generated by those "long suffering subjects", many of whom were the mirror equivalents of today's patriots and informants, "the volunteer eyes and ears of the govt" in the US today.

I have no doubt that when the US experiment is finally terminated we'll read shocking autobios penned by waterboarding specialists explaining how they "hated and LOATHED" the system they were forced to serve. ("I hated serving as the concubine of the Nazi commandant of the most cruel of Hitler's concentration camps, and I hated sleeping on silk sheets and eating fresh beef, crisp vegetables and delicious chocolates as my fellow Jews were suffering in unheated barracks a few yards away....")

The USSR collapsed when the shadow puppeteers decided it was time to shift Russia's resources into the hands of a select group of oligarchs and toward worldwide Jewish investments such as The Genesis Philanthropy Group. ("took it and won" indeed).

Even the popular fiction about Reagan and Star Wars forcing the Soviets to finally say "Unkie" is just so much horseshit. The "mighty Soviet war machine" was a rusted out hulk with no spare parts held together by paint years before our MIC's $640 toilet seats and $400 hammers were credited with bankrupting Russia with no mention of how it actually bankrupted America. ("We won!", PaulCJ shouted when The (obsolete) Wall came down and the (extremely efficient) supercomputers and numbers tracking system went up)

Insulting me because I won't allow you to cling to a Pollyanna-ish make believe reality doesn't change the fact that there is no solid plurality of Americans who are ready to dismantle the wealth transfer mechanism in order to end corruption and empower a principled govt. Shooting holes in your non existent revolution-in-waiting is not defense of tyranny. (Is it "Christians For Constitutional Govt" or "Constitutionalists For Christian Govt"? If there are zero members in Montana or indeed damned few anywhere outside of The South will it be necessary to shoot all who disagree with you and are therefore "defending tyranny"?)

And as with the former Soviet Union then and now there will be millions of post-collapse Americans who long for the old system that benefited them at the expense of justice, fairness and equal protection, and for who the constitution is an attractive (perhaps to you and definitely to me) nuisance (to them) that cost them their monopoly creature comforts and which they will wish we had never heard of.

If you stop 10 women on the street and offer a cash bonus or a Macy's gift certificate (many won't even try to think unless there's incentive to do so) to answer a few survey questions then start with, "What is your favorite constitutional amendment?" a disturbing percentage would say, "The one that gives(sic) women the right to have abortions". (Not disturbing because of the abortion issue. Regardless of your views or mine it is not a federal constitutional right or question and as with homosexuality many wish to bootstrap the constitution onto their religious or anti religious beliefs)

The same question posed to men in blue suits would result in perhaps forty percent replying with, "The amendment that grants the right of free speech to our parent corporation".

And, expect those in plaid shirts and pickup trucks who prize the 2nd amendment to be completely clueless about how the NRA keeps the issue from ever being resolved in order to keep well heeled lobbyists and vendors in high guncotton.

(STOP THE HILLARY GUN GRAB! FOR A $100 DONATION TO THE WAR CHEST YOU'LL RECEIVE AN NRA WINDBREAKER AND NRA/2A KEY CHAIN!)

If honest gun dealers are set up and ruined and innocent citizens are jailed to keep the BATFE growing like The Blob that doesn't matter to those who have their carry permits and who have no detachable magazine-fed "assault weapons" to defend. Those double barreled "Fudd Gun Patriots" long ago made peace with the idea of trading a right for a privilege and many would have no sympathy for citizens who refuse to compromise their principles.

And last, there are those who would only favor "the amendment that says America is a Christian Nation". The majority of those reside in Texas I suspect. ("Some students question whether America is Christian nation. This is what happens when you allow students to study Thomas Jefferson. Bush was right-Jesus not Jefferson is our favorite philosopher-statesman."_The Coalition of Righteous TX School Boards- Jesus In Heaven And Dallas, aka The Texas JIHAD.
