The neocons did to the TP what they normally do. It's in their SOP playbook.

They created unimportant yet "hot button" topics to distract from the real problems.

None of this surprises me.

What does surprise me is that the TP "members" fell for it so quickly.

Market Ticker

Recently by Karl Denninger: House Stealing: Tickerguy's Perspective

Yes, I mean it.

Here's a "reprint" of my interview with Dylan Ratigan last night:

I, and FedUpUSA, ought to sue anyone using this moniker for their so-called "political affiliation" for defamation.

Yeah, that's a joke.

But so are you.

All of you.

Especially Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Bob Barr, and douchebag groups such as the "Tea Party Patriots."

Let's look at their mission statement:

  • Fiscal Responsibility
  • Constitutionally Limited Government
  • Free Markets

Really?  That sounds pretty good.  But did you read "Free Markets"?

Free Markets: A free market is the economic consequence of personal liberty. The founders believed that personal and economic freedom were indivisible, as do we. Our current government's interference distorts the free market and inhibits the pursuit of individual and economic liberty. Therefore, we support a return to the free market principles on which this nation was founded and oppose government intervention into the operations of private business.

Oh, oppose government intervention eh?  You mean, you oppose stringing up the people who break the law and steal people's homes and wealth?  Private business is only private up until it rips someone off.

Notice what's missing from this mission statement and principles: Any mention of why I and others led people to mail tea bags to Congress and our President in the first place: rampant theft of taxpayer money propping up FAILED private businesses.

Then look at what's over at TeaParty.Org: you'll find the usual pablum.  Guns, gays, God.

Heh, I like talking about Guns, Gays and God too.  Let's talk about all of them within the context of The Constitution, which is what the Tea Party was supposed to be about.  In short:

  • Guns.  What part of "shall not be infringed" didn't you bother to read?  That one's simple.  And yes, this means that under The Bill of Rights there should be no Brady Law nor any bar on a convicted felon who has served his time buying or owning a weapon!  I know what the current law says and I understand the reasoning behind it.  But you can't square it with the clear language in the Second Amendment.  Our entire system of criminal justice rests on the premise that if you are convicted of a crime and serve the time for it, your debt to society is paid.  If said convicted criminal is still dangerous to society (and thus shouldn't have a right to self-defense) why are we letting him out so he can victimize other people?  Sentences should reflect this; you should not be released until you are no longer a danger to society – period.   Prison is often debated as to whether it's about rehabilitation or punishment – I argue it is neither, it is and should be about removing those who harm others from society until they are no longer a threat to others.

  • Gays. What part of "what you do in your bedroom is none of my damn business" didn't you bother with?  You can find that in the 4th Amendment as well as elsewhere.  In terms of public space what is your private sexual preference and life doing in the public space in the first place?  200 years ago we called such people perverts and stuck them in the stocks.  You want to address this problem?  It's simple: That's a gay (or straight) person's private life and its none of anyone else's damn business what two or more consenting adults do behind a closed door on private property.

  • God.  What part of the Establishment Clause didn't you bother to read?  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"  You want prayer in the schools?  Not unless I can lead a prayer to Allah should I so choose; it is not Constitutional to favor one religion over another.  Therefore, you either keep it all out or you keep none of it out, and my preference is to keep all of it out, although I'll settle for none – either position is Constitutional.  No other position is, and that's the beginning and end of it.  The same applies to any other publicly-run and funded space.  What people do on their own private property with regard to how they worship is none of your damn business

Now that we've dispensed with Guns, Gays and God in the context of what one of the founders of the Tea Party Movement believes, I'll deal with the rest.

The Tea Party was initiated as a political protest against the unlawful and in fact unconstitutional usurpation of power from the Congress and The People in the form of extortion-led bailouts of enterprises that had engaged in acts that I, and many others, believe were at least civilly actionable and in many cases crossed the line into criminal activity.

This indictment is not limited to the nation's large banks, although it certainly starts there.  The corruption of our economic and monetary systems runs the gamut from Fannie and Freddie through their ties to Congress (including literal sexual encounters in some cases), banking interests selling trash securities to everyone from pension funds on down, judges who don't judge but rather protect monied interests on Wall Street, The Federal Reserve intentionally debasing our currency and monetizing government debt, government spending that is running 40% above revenues and much more.

In short, The Tea Party was and is about the corruption of American Politics and the blatant and outrageous theft from all Americans that has resulted.  It is about personal responsibility and enforcement of the law against those who have robbed, financially ****d and pillaged the nation.

Yet today we hear literally nothing about these issues among the so-called "Tea Party" candidates and their backers.  Sarah Palin has not said one word about locking up the banksters that brought up on the housing bubble and economic collapse.  Not one word about Bernanke's out-of-control Fed and the arguably unlawful monetization of Fannie and Freddie paper, not to mention the monetization of the Federal Debt.  Not one word about throwing judges such as this one:

in the dock – although that, ladies and gentlemen, is a statement of felony judicial corruption.  If you as an investor run into trouble with a commodity or futures trade and sue you will not get your day in court – a literal "green light" to rob the people by the big banks with official judicial sanction.  And you wonder how Hillary Clinton managed to "win" in her Cattle Futures trades eh?  Wonder no more.

Tea Party my ass.  This was nothing other than The Republican Party stealing the anger of a population that was fed up with The Republican Party's own theft of their tax money at gunpoint to bail out the robbers of Wall Street and fraudulently redirecting it back toward electing the very people who stole all the ****ing money!

You want me to support The Tea Party as it is currently constituted?

Do all of the above, do it now, and apologize for attempting to perpetuate the financial **** of this nation.

Publicize the following as your LEAD:

STOP THE LOOTING AND START PROSECUTING

And finally, one more:

ALL FIVE OF THE LARGEST BANKS ARE RESOLVED AS OUR FIRST ACT IN CONGRESS

They caused it, they pay for it.  Period.

Until and unless you do?

I think a lot of the tea party people are relatively decent people, but they are incredibly deceived and stupid on some points. They think that all can be righted by government stopping some earmark type pork spending and cut programs for poor people. Yet they don't seem to understand that the huge run-up in government spending is related to military/intelligence and police state functions. They think that we will all of a sudden create jobs if we cut taxes, but we cut taxes massively for rich people in 2003 and this did not create jobs. meanwhile we have discriminatory trade policy where a US manufacturer can face a 30% tariff when exporting to china, but no tariff to a chinese producer exporting to the US, and massive currency manipulation to disadvantage our country.

There is a group called Citizens Against Government Waste. CAGW.org they are in the news now for their commercial against government waste. and they use the example of a bunch of chinese people in the future laughing at us. But the chinese don't engage in the deficit spending we do now. and these tea party people are encouraging more deficit spending, because they do not want to cut spending and they don't believe in doing what is needed to collect tax revenues.

Lookat the CAGW.org web site and read how they feel on issues. Nowhere does it seem that they recognize that if we want to cut government, then we must cut back the military missions. There are huge resources in American politics telling us that all will be well if we only cut government waste. Unfortunately, it is not so easy. We are on a suicide course with our military policies, our police state and our trade policies that disadvantage our own people on purpose.

I couldn't agree more. Not that I have had a lot of banking to do but I haven't had any kind of bank account since 1984. One day at the post office I was getting a money order for something and I was paying cash for it. Don't remember now what the amount was but nothing very excessive. And one guy standing there said something about carrying cash and how it didn't draw any interest. And I told him it didn't draw any jurisdiction either. And I don't know if he ever figured it out or not, probably not.

It will happen, if at all, one man/woman at a time.

Each of us has to determine whether or not we wish to live in the scoundrel state.

Many will never even consider the things spoken about here every minute of every day.

Many will become aware and do nothing.

Then there will be those whose conscience will not allow them to remain subservient to the scoundrel state [AKA "this state"] regardless of the consequences.

Americans need to establish their own MORATORIUM ON BANKS !

Americans need to establish their own moratorium on lots of things. But since they're too ignorant because they're too busy "making money in the markets" and watching trash TV all evening long, well, there just aren't enough hours in the day to learn and separate oneself from the fantasy realm.

Hence, where we are today.

Too many people THINK they are comfortable in the Matrix.

What they don't get is that this is a very deadly game, and that they and those they love are largely marked for extermination.

That is the reality of the eugenics agenda i.e., to reduce the world population by 80 to 90 percent, and those allowed to live will be slaves.

A rather hellish destiny, but stupidity and the failure to confront simply allows the monsters to continue without significant opposition.

However, despite its subversion into just another NeoTrotskyCon Shell the Tea Party did signal one thing: A goodly number of people are beginning to become aware, however dimly, that the Matrix exists.

Too dimly aware however. As is often the case, they won't see the train that's coming to hit them until the headlight is putting its imprint on their chest.

True, for some, but we really only need 5%, 10 at the most, to overcome the monsters with sheer numbers. The sheep will do as they always do, bleat in utter confusion and unawareness, but the real controlling elite, based on the best estimates I am aware of, are only about 10,000 planet wide.

The real race at this point is to the "tipping point" or what I call the "critical threshhold". If you look back over history great movements often remain unnoticed until they reach the point where, like salt crystals in a beaker, they explode into a reality which becomes unstoppable. At the point the opposition reaches and passes the critical threshold it will become an incontrovertible fact and that ten thousand will be opposed by millions. Already they are outnumbered but they hold the reigns of power. To wrest them away requires more numbers to counter that choke hold. The fight is not yet hopeless, and truthfully I believe we are entering the thick of it now. While it may not yet be apparent I think the next few months (perhaps 6 to 8) will be the most telling.

As well as figuring out how not to be a "most."

We do those things we find important enough to get done ! Sometimes events occur that stimulate making the changes we already knew we should make but had procrastinated.

Without criticizing your position I nevertheless think that a widespread frontal assault, at this point, is unlikely to succeed. Too many people would still view your principle stand as kooky. They are locked in the Matrix, unaware of reality, and blissfully dreaming away in their altered state.

I have yet to get a serious and/or viable response besides the variety of "just do it," which offers no help.

In fact, in spite of all of our beliefs here, I doubt that there's anyone that has a "normal job" or owns a business that is out of that system.

Eric, no one said it's going to be e-z.

A normal job makes it nearly impossible (even though millions of illegals are doing it). That's because most normal jobs exist in corporations that owe their soul to the FED, THEIR CREATOR.

Having your own business or service company is a viable solution. You just have to learn to conduct your business privately without personal attachment to licenses, permits or any legal fictions such as banks.

Soon the court system won't be able to find jurors that haven't been ill-affected by the government's fraud, like losing their retirements, or home, etc., which will make things easier as time goes on to defeat prosecutions.

I don't like to get all "religious" when discussing these things but in your case I'll make exception since I think you have a Bible backed belief system. And all I want to say is pray about it.

Motive is as important as it is relevant. You mentioned the IRS. The IRS is the FEDERAL RESERVE's collection agency. When you conduct transactions that rely upon their system (FEDERAL) and cross their radar screen, you owe them. The FEDS have usurped the States so any attachment through adhesion agreements with the State such as driver licenses, occupational licenses etc., is enough to snag ya.

I didn't leave the system because of the IRS. I left the system because I decided I didn't want to do business with murderers. I decided that the SSN was and is the Mark of the Beast or at least the precursor to it. I believe the Bible and what it says about taking the Mark.

All I can say is that I do not exist in that realm. If I don't exist there how can I create a liability there ?

Tough women come from New York, sweet women from Texas, prissy women from Southern California, but we NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WOMEN have fire & ice in our blood. We can ride 4-wheelers, be a princess, throw a left hook, pack heat, hunt with the men, bake a cake, love with passion, and if we have an opinion, you know you're going to hear it!!

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

Either way, it's easier for you too b/c you're fully independent with no dependents in that way.

Let me just say that when I left the system I had my two children living with me full time, never got a dime in support from their mom, and I ran a private business for years.

If you work for yourself you should look into creating an artificial PERSON/entity to replace you.

True, for some, but we really only need 5%, 10 at the most, to overcome the monsters with sheer numbers. The sheep will do as they always do, bleat in utter confusion and unawareness, but the real controlling elite, based on the best estimates I am aware of, are only about 10,000 planet wide.

Good post, but where I differ is in that in the past this may have been true, but due to the advent of technology for "one" to control millions, I think not so much anymore.

Thanks. I am not sure exactly what you mean, but my view on technology, particularly computer technology, that despite the rapid and widespread dissemination of information it is a two edged sword as it makes us easier to identify individually and makes a central command and control system easier to implement.

Would love to chat w/ you more on this, but don't know how.

The discussion would best be had in a very private setting.
