The Air Traffic Controllers of 9/11 52:28 - [posted] 4 years ago
Aired on NBC the first anniversary, listen to the ATCs describe how they tracked the entire path of the planes, despite what the 9/11 Commission tells you, that they lost the planes after the transponders were turned off.

This video was posted at pg. 4 of an Above Top Secret topic, "What could this Be?? 911 - Second Strike Footage... Wing Disapears", also posted here by gengis gandhi. At 44:27 it's mentioned that the wife of a Boston Center ATC, Doug McKay, was killed that day as a passenger on "AA 11". Transcript: Air traffic controllers recall events { September 11 2002 }. That's reported as "surreal" in the AP article, "FAA employee: Hijacked jets almost collided" at usatoday.com on 9/14/01 (copy at newsmine.org and it should be investigated further. The article also states: "One air traffic controller with the help of an assistant monitored the two Boeing 767s that toppled the World Trade Center, the employee said. The same controller handled Egypt Air Flight 990 when it crashed off the coast of Massachusetts in 1999, the employee said. The controller is 'pretty disturbed' that he lost both planes, the employee said." The Google video and Transcript indicate that could have been the Long Island, NY center's ATC, Dave Bottoglia. This is also reported by Brokaw: "Even before 9/11, controllers in New York were no strangers to tragedy. The crashes of TWA Flight 800, Swiss Air Flight 111 and Egypt Air 990 all happened in or around their air space. And within weeks of September 11th, tragedy would strike again when another American plane, Flight 587, crashes on takeoff into a neighborhood in Queens." Other sources (like this research with several linked references at portland.indymedia.org, Pete Zalewski - 9/11 ATC, also for EgyptAir 990) charge Zalewski, Boston Center ATC, as the probable controller in question for both of the alleged WTC planes on 9/11 and for the Egypt Air 990 disaster too. That July 4th, 2008 article also states: "He failed to follow normal procedures and treat it as an emergency for some time, delaying the possibility of NORAD fighter interception." The evidence of that failure is enough to implicate him, along with Bottoglia and McKay, as especially suspect ATCs in the 9/11 scheme of things.
