people are always offended at photos of aborted fetuses. i know that neither republicans nor democrats have any interest in ever outlawing abortion. would 'God bless' a nation that has killed minimum 50 million babies, not to mention 1 million iraqis? what kind of deranged kook would believe that? if anything, satan is reigning down his approval on 'Amurika'. This day of monsters & goblins fits right in with the soul of murika. halloween should be our national holiday.

the people of America are so arrogant to think that 'we the people' can rule our country, that we can elect a clique to lead us in a good direction. When a nation achieves great things or prosperity, this is because god has led them to it. it is not because they themselves are so fantastic. When a nation has an appetite for evil and idolatry, then god may arrange for that nation to have an evil government that frustrates their interests.

Take us for example. On Tuesday millions of Americans will vote for Republicans who will likely become a majority in the House. and almost all those republicans the people will vote for have on their web pages the simple facts that they support a new government program called 'guest workers'. They'll allow all employers to hire guest workers if they choose. This will ruin the job opportunities for many millions of Americans. At a time when we've been losing jobs now for 10 years.

we are purposely being led into the ground as part of god's wrath. and we are too stupid and proud to even deal honestly with the situation.

Certainly the ghouls, goblins, demons, and fiends have had their way. And this is a day that Zionists both Jewish and Christian should take in hand to marvel at the wonders they have helped bring to be.

The best estimates I've read and heard place the number of murdered Iraqi innocents murdered at closer to 2 million and perhaps another 2 to 3 million in Afghanistan. Numbers so large, and blood in such quantity that most will not even look at the reality. The prospect of accepting responsibility for the scope of the foulness wrought and the misery which has followed is such as to drive the sane mind into screams of horror and anguish recoiling at sheer outrageous degradation of the evil conducted on such a scale. The number so foully murdered is equivalent to killing every man, woman, and child of a major city without exception for age, infirmity or innocence. The toll taken in ravaged lives, of torn and twisted bodies is a vision from such foul depths as to go without name. The weight of the tombstones is to be measured in hundreds of tons and not of mere pounds. This is a scale of loathsomeness and foulness to such extent as to beggar the mind. The sheer and terrible horror of the images real and evoked is of such kind as to leave a strong man weak in the recognition of the depths of evil plumbed.

The evil that has been wrought and the unconscionable amounts of innocent blood that has been spilled is not and cannot be at the will of the just and living God of which all great religions speak. Those who insanely argue otherwise are just that - insane - seeking the cloak of a false righteousness to claim succor for their writhing soul.

The sheer scope of the evil and the horror that has been wrought in the name of the United States is difficult to wrap your mind around. Comparisons to the depredations of Nazi Germany, and Stalin's Russia are no longer distant. The images which have come back are such as to make Dante's Inferno look like the mild imaginings of a schoolgirl at recess. The shattered buildings, shattered lives, and blood drenched landscape give testimony to a degree of evil which no good soul can look at honestly and remain unmoved. And yet the evil, the death, and the lingering hand of the butcher does not stop even there as the use of foul tortures has become the norm and no longer unacceptable in any form. The landscape littered with the dust of Depleted Uranium will continue to take a toll in shortened lives, cancers, and horrible birth defects for thousands of years to come.

For those who have encouraged and supported these horrors, so foul as to beggar my not inconsiderable command of language to describe, I cannot but have disgust. To the so-called "Chosen" who would arrogate unto themselves a superiority to their common brethren I have less than contempt. To the so-called "Christians" who defy every pronouncement of good and godly behavior to support these horrors I have such a loathing as to know no good name. That such would have the gall and shamelessness to claim the mantle of Christ as license for the evil they joyfully support there can be no language of fitting description to express the degradation and perversion that represents. The only consoling thought I can offer is that they are already in Hell. It is a hell to which they are worshipfully oblivious as they supplicate themselves before the altar of blood and fire, but Hell nonetheless. And it is a hell of their own creation, one for which they have with their own hands erected the monuments of burned and deformed children, of the wails for mercy when they would offer none. And the most ghastly thought of all is that wonder of wonders that they should think that after having created and willingly supported unbounded evil that by mouthing the right incantations and looking dolefully at their feet that their righteousness will be recognized and that they will be redeemed for the foulness they have spawned - to be lifted from the hideous outrages against all decency and God to a place of privilege and indolent ease. I am thankful for one thing in that reqard - that their delusions are for naught and that God does not reward evil with privilege and joy. Perhaps one day some of them may win true redemption, but in the meantime I wish for them only a joyless wandering in the outer dark for an eternity of eternities in which to contemplate and recognize that the evil they have supported in their false hosannas is in fact a dark evil without grace.

It was a time of great and exalting excitement. The country was up in arms, the war was on, in every breast burned the holy fire of patriotism; the drums were beating, the bands playing, the toy pistols popping, the bunched firecrackers hissing and spluttering; on every hand and far down the receding and fading spread of roofs and balconies a fluttering wilderness of flags flashed in the sun; daily the young volunteers marched down the wide avenue gay and fine in their new uniforms, the proud fathers and mothers and sisters and sweethearts cheering them with voices choked with happy emotion as they swung by; nightly the packed mass meetings listened, panting, to patriot oratory which stirred the deepest deeps of their hearts, and which they interrupted at briefest intervals with cyclones of applause, the tears running down their cheeks the while; in the churches the pastors preached devotion to flag and country, and invoked the God of Battles beseeching His aid in our good cause in outpourings of fervid eloquence which moved every listener. It was indeed a glad and gracious time, and the half dozen rash spirits that ventured to disapprove of the war and cast a doubt upon its righteousness straightway got such a stern and angry warning that for their personal safety's sake they quickly shrank out of sight and offended no more in that way.

Sunday morning came -- next day the battalions would leave for the front; the church was filled; the volunteers were there, their young faces alight with martial dreams -- visions of the stern advance, the gathering momentum, the rushing charge, the flashing sabers, the flight of the foe, the tumult, the enveloping smoke, the fierce pursuit, the surrender! Then home from the war, bronzed heroes, welcomed, adored, submerged in golden seas of glory! With the volunteers sat their dear ones, proud, happy, and envied by the neighbors and friends who had no sons and brothers to send forth to the field of honor, there to win for the flag, or, failing, die the noblest of noble deaths. The service proceeded; a war chapter from the Old Testament was read; the first prayer was said; it was followed by an organ burst that shook the building, and with one impulse the house rose, with glowing eyes and beating hearts, and poured out that tremendous invocation

Then came the "long" prayer. None could remember the like of it for passionate pleading and moving and beautiful language. The burden of its supplication was, that an ever-merciful and benignant Father of us all would watch over our noble young soldiers, and aid, comfort, and encourage them in their patriotic work; bless them, shield them in the day of battle and the hour of peril, bear them in His mighty hand, make them strong and confident, invincible in the bloody onset; help them to crush the foe, grant to them and to their flag and country imperishable honor and glory --

An aged stranger entered and moved with slow and noiseless step up the main aisle, his eyes fixed upon the minister, his long body clothed in a robe that reached to his feet, his head bare, his white hair descending in a frothy cataract to his shoulders, his seamy face unnaturally pale, pale even to ghastliness. With all eyes following him and wondering, he made his silent way; without pausing, he ascended to the preacher's side and stood there waiting. With shut lids the preacher, unconscious of his presence, continued with his moving prayer, and at last finished it with the words, uttered in fervent appeal, "Bless our arms, grant us the victory, O Lord our God, Father and Protector of our land and flag!"

Both have reached the ear of Him Who heareth all supplications, the spoken and the unspoken. Ponder this -- keep it in mind. If you would beseech a blessing upon yourself, beware! lest without intent you invoke a curse upon a neighbor at the same time. If you pray for the blessing of rain upon your crop which needs it, by that act you are possibly praying for a curse upon some neighbor's crop which may not need rain and can be injured by it.

"You have heard your servant's prayer -- the uttered part of it. I am commissioned of God to put into words the other part of it -- that part which the pastor -- and also you in your hearts -- fervently prayed silently. And ignorantly and unthinkingly? God grant that it was so! You heard these words: 'Grant us the victory, O Lord our God!' That is sufficient. the *whole* of the uttered prayer is compact into those pregnant words. Elaborations were not necessary. When you have prayed for victory you have prayed for many unmentioned results which follow victory--*must* follow it, cannot help but follow it. Upon the listening spirit of God fell also the unspoken part of the prayer. He commandeth me to put it into words. Listen!

"O Lord our Father, our young patriots, idols of our hearts, go forth to battle -- be Thou near them! With them -- in spirit -- we also go forth from the sweet peace of our beloved firesides to smite the foe. The United States fits the description of Mystery Babylon the Great, a 'city' described in Revelation that sits on many waters, and has many peoples and languages, and where sexual immorality and false religions are rampant.

America sits upon 7 bodies of water -- more then any other country. Alaska is surrounded by the Beaufort Sea, the Chukchi Sea, the Bering Sea, and the Gulf of Alaska. The continental US is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean -- seven bodies of water America sits on. Then there are the great lakes.

America has given the world Hollywood, Space Travel, modern medicine, weapons of war, and the opportunity to get rich. The kings of the world have committed fornication with America by chasing the greed America offers to the world thus committing fornication because the love of God has been replaced with greed.

The United States has a larger ethnic mix than any country in the world.

The world hates the US and it is only our military and economy that keeps them from seeking our destruction. We rule over the kings of the earth and that is why the dollar is the world reserve currency. Other countries must bow to our demands simply because of our economic and military force.

However our superiority is waning and the world is moving to remove the dollar as the world currency. The world is moving us into one big debtor nation, a nation that buys goods from the rest of the world. This is why they will be saddened at our destruction because they no longer have anyone to sell to with such buying power.

The world hates us and God has put in their hearts to fulfill His will as He has done with Israel in the past. He is turning us over to our enemy and they will destroy us.

God will turn us over to our enemy for our destruction.

We only need to read the Bible and see what happens to the Israelites when they leave God and He sends their enemy to destroy them. So those who call upon the name of the Lord will prepare ahead of time and flee when the Holy Spirit directs us so that we do not partake of the punishment that is coming. This is why I like reading Psalm 91 so often.

America is New Babylon.

'city'

I went to the Bible where the word "Babylon" and the word "city" are used in the same verse in the Book of Revelations and you're theory does not hold up. The word "city" is the Greek word "polis."

Strong's Concordance definition: Probably from the same as G4171, or perhaps from G4183; a town (properly with walls, of greater or less size): - city.

Thayer's: 1) a city 1a) one’s native city, the city in which one lives 1b) the heavenly Jerusalem 1b1) the abode of the blessed in heaven 1b2) of the visible capital in the heavenly kingdom, to come down to earth after the renovation of the world by fire 1c) the inhabitants of a city

The first time the word "polis" is used in the NT refers to Nazareth, a city. Babylon is not a country but a city.

For what it is worth Polis is a Greek work meaning City-STATE. In the time in which the NT was written most States, as in the case of Babylon which was a City-STATE, were organized around one major metropolis, which contained the rulers, and was the central location for commerce in the region.

Artisan, do you only complain about the U.S.? Or do you actually ever speak against the rest of the world? Do you just to unleash bile and hate on a nation that is collapsing?

You think things are bad now. People like you, whom have engineered the collapse of the U.S., while turning a blind eye to the rest of the world, haven't see anything yet.

When the U.S. fully becomes a third world, it will be a third world nation with nuclear weapons, a bankrupt population, a hyper-inflated currency, a collapsed economy, and an unpayble $600 trillion dollar debt.

The people will have only their guns and bibles to cling too, and their tempers will be hotter than the fires of Hell. And when the people are finished dealing with the local government, the people are going to turn their rage-filled attention towards the rest of the world.

Imagine a cross between the later parts of French Revolution, during "the terror", when France attacked everyone around them, and Nazi Germany, only with nuclear weapons. That is what we are going to have.

Think about it for a minute.

Think for a moment on the fact that you turn a blind eye to the rest of the world, such as China's 'one child policy'.

You condemn an entire nation for the individual, though evil, choices of single persons. I on the other hand talk about the industrialized, mandated evil of entire groups.

In the U.S., no one forces women to murder their babies. The same cannot be said in nations such as China.

it isn't merely abortion that will hurt us. The US government makes many decisions routinely that oppress the poor and kill many people also. For example, the US government pays to have a majority of america's corn crop destroyed. This is via the ethanol subsidies which are not economical and result in a waste of both food and fuel. another side-effect of ethanol subsidies is to drive up the price of basic foods like grain. this kills millions of people per year. and then there are the wars. Remember in 1980 the US asked Saddam Hussein to invade Iran. that cost 1 million lives. Remember how from 1992-2003 the US imposed economic sanctions on Iraq. This cost perhaps 1.5 million lives.

People don't seem to appreciate that our country received huge blessings & providence in the past. We were the world's great leader in economic development. We achieved great things relative to the other nations. Any significant achievement by the people occurs because god led those people to do that.

But we have turned against our maker. we're not going to get that kind of blessing now. We are later day babylon as someone above says. Later day babylon is a collection of cities that functions as one city. It is the last great empire of man on earth prior to the 2'nd coming of jesus. It is a global empire headquartered in our country. Our nation is a slave nation to later-day babylon. One day babylon will be destroyed very quickly and completely, also by surprise.

we are like the jews of the old covenant. We were given great blessings, but also had great opportunities and had great things expected of us. We could have built global justice with the standard of living we achieved being the norm in all the nations. Instead we chose not to and to allow greedy people to call the shots. Now about 35,000 people starve to death every day and things are arranged for the rich people with great persecution of the poor. We failed.

When christians say 'god bless america', they don't seem to understand what is really going on. Our country has spread pornography all over the world. Our leading corporations are engaged in the destruction of the earth. Etc, etc., etc.

Is the United States organized around one major metropolis? We're talking physical location like in the old city-states not governmental. United States is a nation not a city-state.

Those in NYC and D.C. would likely disagree with you. They believe that only they are the nation, and the rest of the country are just slave colonies to steal from, while offering nothing in return except abuse and hatred.

sorry, but i have to call b.s. on that one. i ve always been against such policies, although i don't live there, so i can only speak against such forces to get americans to realize such things. i am actually reading an excellent book on china right now. many people mistakenly believe that china is now better than they were before. economically, they may be changing some, but the tyranny is stronger than ever & the book is about just that. i have been to china, & had a hard time pre-trip even accepting going there because of policies they enact. but the rich history & beautiful people who comprise much of china are a sight to behold. now on another note- i've been smeared in law books by law school deans who described me , accurately, as a Catholic pro-life activist. (at least something he wrote was correct). i don't think i turn a blind eye to much. i try not to.

Oh, I am prolife. And I am pointing of the differences that you ignore.

If you want to ban abortion and charge with women with murder of their babies, I would be all for it.

But there is a difference. You blame the U.S. as a whole for the individual choices of criminal acts of the few, while you turn a blind eye to foreign governments that mandate the murder of the unborn by force.

a quick example of the oppression that continues in china today. there was a man who held a high level in govt during the tienamin square rebellion. he actually parted with the chinese president & publicly supported the peoples right to voice dissent during the violence, calling for troops to stop. he was removed from his post & put on house arrest for nearly 20 years. he died last year, & govt forbid even mention, especially praise, of his memory. but some remembered. crowds gathered outside his humble flat & put roses. hesitant yet , crowds slowly grew. another old man, retired from govt who hadn't seen his friend in the 20 years, wanted to pay respects. the commies refused to let him out of his apartment, beating him & breaking his bones to make a point. this dead 'revolutionary' was still causing stirs. even the idea of respecting such ideals is violently forbidden, in 2010 china.

The original design submitted for the Great Seal of the United States depicted the Phoenix in a nest of flames. This pagan symbol was discreetly changed to the eagle to obscure its occult symbolism: the planned destruction of the United States of America. Also engraved on the Great Seal was the six-pointed Seal of Solomon, which symbolizes rebirth. That the Seal of Solomon is also the Star of David on the flag of Israel reveals where the “New Order of the Ages” will be reborn. Moreover, the Judeo-Masonic Seal reveals that the New World Order envisioned by the Judeo-Freemasons would be the Jews’ “New Jerusalem”:

So it was the “millennial yearnings” of the Gnostic monk, Joachim of Fiore, that fuelled the American Revolution? And we thought the Revolutionary War was fought over representative government, religious freedom, and the rationalist ideals of the founding fathers! Now we are informed by President George Bush that the American Revolution is not over, and that it is actually directed by a mysterious angel which answers to Lucifer:

The multitude of Judeo-Masonic symbols on the currency of the United States is like the handwriting on the wall which forecasts the downfall of another great superpower. However, these symbols also reveal that the sacrifice of the United States of America by her own leaders was preordained from the time of the American Revolution, and probably well before. A preview of some of the terrors that have been planned for the U.S. is featured in a shocking video game that was released in October of 2005 and is being marketed to teenagers. The purpose of the game is to give young Americans experience in strategic combat against other regions of their own country which have seceded from the Union and divided into seven nation-states, including Washington, D.C. and surrounding states which are occupied by a European Union peacekeeping force.

To justify the destruction of the USA, the Judeo-Freemasons must now portray America as “Babylon the Great” collapsing under the wrath of God, per Revelation 18. Surely, “Ichabod,” which means “the glory has departed,” could apply the United States in its degenerate condition today, yet the propagandists never mention that the Jewish-owned and controlled entertainment media has led the United States down the broad road to moral destruction.

One solution to all the killing is to to somehow slay the wicked doctrine of Dispensationalism that is preached from every church I've ever come across in America. You're welcome. You just found an issue I am quite passionate about. I grow so tired of those who would use God as their excuse for committing and supporting evil that the subject leaves me in constant outrage each time I visit it. To pervert the goodness which is God into support for war, murder, torture, and all that is foul, and then lay claim to Godliness in such action is an abomination for which I can really find no words to adequately describe the abomination of it.

The older I grow and the more I have seen the more my own experience and awareness tells me that there is a God, and that God is decent, rational, and just. One key word stood out for me in your quotations "...thou hast been honourable ...". Key word that - "honourable" (Bristish spelling by the way). It is interesting that if one speaks to or listens to a Torah True Rabbi of the "Old School" that is the sin of the Jewish people - to have turned from the way of God and to have thus broken the condition, and even flaunted that act, and thus to have, by their own ungodliness, sundered the covenant and thus forfeited that which was promised under the condition of adhering to the Law.

However, dueling scriptures becomes profitless and thus I have seldom engaged in it. Each side of any given scriptural debate has become quite adept at finding out of context snippets which would appear to support their position. It becomes not a quest for the light but merely an exercise in logic chopping and out of context quotes.

For myself I ask what would God have of me, of man, and what kind of world would he expect of his children to create were they true to his designs?

While finite man may well fall short of being able to envision in its entirety that infinity of the mind of God I think that there are lessons which should be apparent, but which some willfully eschew, to all. They are bound up in the simplicity of the Ten Commandments in such as not be covetous, be truthful, honor thy mother and thy father, to seek not the false solace of idolatry, to not bear false witness, not to commit murder, and to be true to God.

That doctrine, that perversion, called dispensationalism uses sophistry to avoid and negate plain truths. Thus, since in the end God's laws are simple and easily understood, I know it to be false. I also know it to be false by its works of justifying abrogation of the covenant and through attempting to avoid the most basic of God's Laws. I know it also to be false for the misery its misbegotten spread brings. Surely that which it has wrought cannot be the intent of a rational, just, and loving God.
