He never practiced child sacrifice. Do you understand what "will" means, when he says "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law"? Does that mean that you can do whatever you want to do? No, it doesn't mean that. Do you know, without looking it up, what evocation and invocation are? If you want to know what he is writing about, then try going to the source.
