His quote is quite clear, especially when combined with the preceeding words on how he viewed the tearing out of hearts and livers... In this case, the word "evocation" relates to "bringing forth" a physical manifestation of the desired entity.

SATANIC MURDER SHOCKS ARGENTINA BUENOS AIRES (CWNews.com) - The brutal murder of a 50-year-old father at the hand of his two young daughters as part of a satanic rite has shocked Argentine society and raised concern about the proliferation of satanic and other cults in Buenos Aires. I think that there are more here that have more in common with satanism than they do with xtianity. Xtianity is for mindless sheep. If anyone can think for themselves and not be told by a fucking book or another person what they must believe, then they are satanic already.
