His quote is quite clear, especially when combined with the preceeding words on how he viewed the tearing out of hearts and livers... In this case, the word "evocation" relates to "bringing forth" a physical manifestation of the desired entity.

SATANIC MURDER SHOCKS ARGENTINA BUENOS AIRES (CWNews.com) - The brutal murder of a 50-year-old father at the hand of his two young daughters as part of a satanic rite has shocked Argentine society and raised concern about the proliferation of satanic and other cults in Buenos Aires. What I find interesting is that they will accuse people of being Satanists when they do these crimes, yet when a xtian does these very same things the xtians are the first to say that "we don't condone this", when they have a history of condoning these things, and much worse things. xtians murder in the name of jebus and gawd all the time. I think that there are more here that have more in common with satanism than they do with xtianity. Xtianity is for mindless sheep. If anyone can think for themselves and not be told by a fucking book or another person what they must believe, then they are satanic already. BTW, it's quite obvious that you hate Christians, since you use the "Xtian" spelling in order to avoid even typing the word Christ. A satanist is just a person who is anti-christian, deciding to do things which can be seen as sacriligeous in order to "act out" their hatred. It is a religion, but a twisted one since it is based on hatred.
