Voters ban judges from using international law

Associated Press

November 2, 2010

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma voters have approved a measure that would forbid judges from considering international law or Islamic law when deciding cases.

Republican Rex Duncan, the sponsor of the measure, called it a "pre-emptive strike" designed to close the door on activist judges "legislating from the bench or using international law or Sharia law."

Members of the Muslim community called the question an attack on Islam and some of them said they are prepared to file a lawsuit challenging the measure.

Good work there, Oklahoma voters.

When was it ever appropriate to consider foreign law in American Courts ?

That would be what I'd call your basic excellent question, yet here we have it rebuffed by voters - but not without a bitch from the burqa clad invaders.

The place is sick and getting sicker.

Time and time again, these judges foul the nest where they live, and the voters have to taken them by the scruff of the neck and clean up their mess.

If there was a Humane Society where we could take these creatures, this nation might slowly begin to recover its sanity.

I had to ask myself if the subject itself was being introduced before there was a need simply to put the notion into people's heads ? The place is getting sicker and weirder all of the time. Like the average American would invite Islamic Law into any matter for any reason in any state ... it's ludicrous regardless of how many times Ruth Bader Ginsberg or Stephen Breyer mention it.

These types are communists and everyone knows it. Ginsberg thinks the legal age for sexual activity should be 12. These creatures that think this way are unamerican, should be looked upon for being the parasitic pests that they truly are and shunned, ignored and fired (impeached for cause) or worse.

I know this may be a little off topic but I want to start mentioning it now.

The U.S. is suing Arizona in a federal district or federal circuit court over their immigration law. The only court that has jurisdiction over a controversy between the U.S. and a State under Constitutional principles is the "SUPREME COURT".

Eric Holder is the Attorney General and should be able to file a case in the proper jurisdiction, especially when it's a serious matter between the NATIONAL and state governments, or is it ? Is Holder that stupid ? I say, no way. He's filed properly because what we think are Constitutional issues are merely administrative rules because our form of government is not what we're told and the Constitution has no application.

The point I'm trying to make is that AZ. is not one of the states considered under the constistupid. Instead, AZ is an administrative STATE created by the federal reserve bank government through congress. Article 3 clearly stipulates that the Supreme Court has ORIGINAL JURISDICTION "in all cases" where the controversy is between a state and the United States. There are no exceptions.

The only way for this and other Constitutional violations to be taking place continually is if the Constitution doesn't apply ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK JURISDICTION.

The Medium of Exchange dictates the CHOICE OF APPLICABLE LAW ... in the instant matter the controversy is actually between the FEDERAL RESERVE and the FEDERAL STATE of AZ, an administrative subsidiary of Washington D.C. (in bankruptcy).

Then one must ask about the Kenyan's Birth Certificate and why no one has standing to sue. Or Trillions going to FOREIGN BANKS while Americans are on the line to repay it ? Then the fuckers at the FED say "we have no obligation to tell you where the money went" ?

Are people really so pathetic that two geeks like Bernanke and Geithner can rip them off in public without any reaction. Gimme a freaking break ...
