He claims that he and his staff carry the Wikileak servers in their backpacks as they move around the planet. Of course, what he is talking about is how he uses his capabilities so that no one can shut him down irrespective of DNS servers which require a static IP addy, particularly since those same IP addys are located in Europe.

Good thinking on Julian's part!
