He has a theater here in Branson. Lived not too far from us, across the street from some friends. Don't know where he spends his time now.

I did a search on him and found out some stuff I didn't know (like how old he is [76]), but nothing about what he is doing these days.

Wow - the time has come for me to pay, for when I was young.

As my father told me, at least the payment comes off the back end of your life.

Another way to look at it, a way that I have come to embrace, is that youth is wasted on young folks. Don't you wish you could go back now to 20 or thereabouts and know what you know now?

No, not really.

I took my chances, and made my choices.

It wouldn't be worth it to do it all again, even with hindsight.

But yes, I could have made better choices back when.

I don't think so. Usually stuff like that can be found and I never found in any of the searching I did that he had died. As much of a public figure as he was I believe some mention would have been made of it.
