Agenda 21 explained very well. Including implications it will have on humanity. Opinions within the video come in some cases from those that were in on the negotiations. Truly an interesting watch.

No, it isn't, at least not in the video you presented; Agenda 21 is merely criticized on a number of bullet items. Feel free to goto "latest articles" on this website and plug in "sustainable development" into the search dialog box for your perusal of past posts by a number of fine folks.

OK .... but aren't there any objective reasons beyond an EBIL WORLD GOVERNMENT; certainly you can discuss why there might be some rationale beyond mere requirements for a method of military or police state control over the masses.

When I clicked on the link to read your post, I was surprised to see that I had posted that video, since it was so long ago, and also that I didn't get back here for the interesting input. Was good to listen to it again. Reminded me of this quote by Michael Ellner on "management" agendas:
