The problem with your fine recommendation is that you are starting from the "bottom-up" not the "top-down". The TSA authority has strict standards of conduct sanctioned by both DHS and State Department. And those administrative bodies receive their over-sight and marching orders from Congress and the President ... and rarely intervened by the US Supreme Court. Plus you are going to jail.
The Commie control freaks are unfit for a free society and so are all of their Bills of Attainder that they concoct to degrade, bulldoze, and displace our rights, our Constitutional Republic, and our economy. Looks now like only independently wealthy private-plane owners and charterers can afford to fly with some semblance of privacy and dignity. Why not just post signs that say "Fly at your own risk"? Because there's no money in that for Police State investors, Insurance mogols, or a sadistic power-rush for those addicted to that. Our food, water, and air are pumped with carcinogenics and other harmful pollutants by "business interests". People are also being pumped with perscriptions that do more harm than help and threatened with being criminalized even for trying to grow healthier food themselves. Now we're being irradiated by the Commie-bots at airports and by mobile scanning units too -- so as to accelerate their physical deterioration and depopulation agendas, apparently. Cui Bono? Certainly not us. Obama and the Dem's Medical/Insurance Complex monstrosity springs to mind as some mass profiteers.
Because all of us, in America, are terrorists today; the risks to society with your form of considerations could potentially murder many thousands and we can't have that, can we? Years ago, Publick safety was all about the elimination of firearms from society from some wanton murderer.

That's what the Commie control freaks are doing and endangering the unborn too. No one in our real system of government is Constitutionally authorized to do that. They are authorized to arrest and prosecute all those who are willfully endangering our health and our lives and future generations. If they refuse, We the People and States aligned with the Constitution are authorized by the 9th and 10th amendments to do that and disown them all too as aligned with hostile foreign forces. Scanners and Backscatter Machines- the States Have Jurisdiction

Today, Publick safety is all about the control and necessary arrangement of security in high profile publick safety. Once these same government approved methods trickle down to your local street corner, you won't even be able to carry a firearm anyway.
