DA Now Sending Deputies to SF Airport to Investigate Felony Groping

Kurt Nimmo Infowars.com November 18, 2010

Video and audio of Alex’s interview will be posted here shortly.

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show today, incoming chief deputy DA of San Mateo Steve Wagstaffe said his office will prosecute TSA employees who engage in lewd and lascivious behavior while conducting Homeland Security mandated patdowns at the San Francisco International Airport in San Mateo County. Kurt Nimmo “The case would be reviewed and if we could prove the elements of it, that it was inappropriately done with a sexual or lewd intent, that person would be prosecuted,” Wagstaffe told the Berman Post on Tuesday.

News report on San Mateo County DA announcing his office will arrest and prosecute TSA for sexual molestation.

Wagstaffe told Alex Jones that county police will be sent to into the San Francisco International Airport. If they witness TSA employees engaged in criminal conduct, they will make arrests and the DA’s office will prosecute. Sexual battery in Mateo County is a felony if the molestation occurs beneath clothing and makes contact with skin and a misdemeanor if the touching occurs outside clothing.

The DA says that if the contact with intimate areas is through the clothing, it's a misdemeanor.

If it's skin to skin, it's a felony.

It won't be long before we begin to see test cases.

Above is from that article.

This is the most galling of all, the number of sheep that are willing to undergo anything from the government in the name of security.

I hope that God confounds this damnable court system as a result.

He must have already, they seem pretty confounded most of the time.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.

This is good though.

A DA is an elected official, and even if it is just grandstanding, it does two things: 1) It puts the gropers on notice that they are being watched by the cops. 2) It reminds TSA of their precarious position with respect to municipal law.

Remember that the airports ARE NOT BOUND TO EMPLOY TSA OR THEIR CONTRACTORS. They may hire any security firm that the designate.

This is not a dictatorship yet. DC cannot run any game it wants to.

Someone may yet make something go BOOM but it's going to be hard because many people are watching them carefully.

The ink cartridge bomb hoax they recently tried to pull fizzled.

Was the recent "Toner Cartridge" bomb scare authentic or was it an elaborately inspired hoax?

If it was a hoax, was it intended as some sort of "October Surprise" prior to the midterm elections in order to make President Obama appear presidential? The Daily Telegraph of London reports that Prime Minister Cameron of the United Kingdom was not informed of the threat until after sixteen hours had elapsed following President Obama's learning of the news. One of the bombs was supposedly in an airplane sitting at a British airport.

...TSA employees who engage in lewd and lascivious behavior...

Legal behavior that would be grossly indecent, if not criminal, if conducted in a city park.

If it was a hoax,

Citizen randge is NOT showing the proper level of fear, nor is he asking for more security, therefore put his name on THE list.

Too small? This government has room for everyone, no sinner will be overlooked in our quest for security.

I suspect you are already on their list, for some time, near the top, circled in red, with a big X in front of it.

i heard part of this interview. Wagstaffe is to be commended for taking this stand. this is a very important development, & californians should go to this airport if they must fly. id drive up there from l.a. just because of the constitutional protection this d.a. offers.

this development is very key. if its indeed a crime for the tsa to touch someones genitals as this da affirms, any da in california can be sued & prosecuted for not upholding the law. regarding my upcoming flight, i may try to transfer it to san francisco because of this d.a.s vow.
