When I watched it, I felt like I was living on another planet - I am - it's called Planet California. Who has grass for landscape anymore? In Cali we're into succulents and decorative rocks - if a neighbor has real not fake grass, we're instructed to call the Water Watch Police Chief to take action.

I'll be installing a separate meter for lawn irrigation to escape the horrific waste water bills from Austin Energy.

It should pay for itself in a couple of years.
