Whatever it was, it apparently did no harm. The Chinese would be stupid to try this, so it is doubtful it was from them. China would risk nuclear war which they would lose if they tried such a stunt. They see us crumbling now, there is no way they are going to risk WW3 when we are self destructing.

This is quite credible. If the Chinese had the starch to pull a stunt like this, they might calculate that while this would be a huge embarrassment to the MIC, they also know that the military has the power to cover that sort of embarrassment up and the motivation to do so. In the absence of real evidence, the jury is out on this one, but the official explanations are inconsistent and very leaky, that's for sure.

Odds???? For real by someone. randge...I said no risk of war for such a stunt, based on history. A million Chinks came across the line into Korea...BECAUSE THEY KNEW DIRECT FROM WITHIN OUR GOVERNMENT THAT WE WOULD NOT USE NUCLEAR. This possible missile thing was just that a stunt to embarrass.

Over the years, several people of note have said we would fall from within, never from without. I suspect that is a sure thing.
Well, I was sure startled. Yep. Startled is the word for it. I could only stand about 1 1/2 minutes of this crap. In that time I heard the words "experts" and "speculated" more than once. I was startled at how idiotic this vid was. I was uber-startled. Startled startled startled! BTW, have you ever noticed that words like "startled" sound idiotic and a little funny when overused? I find that to be most startling. .

Yes, there's nothing startling about anything I see or here these days. Here is a short list of things I'm not startled at: In an economy screaming for jobs, Wonder Boy wants to tax all my emissions and sent my money to some faceless globalist entity. With the border wide open and narcosatanicos taking up residence on expropriated Texas ranches, the Dimwits in congress are falling all over themselves to pass a bill that brings all food production and seed ownership under the purview of the FDA. (See SB-510.) Having been all over the world on aircraft, the only country that asks me to take a prosthesis off before boarding is my very own. I am not startled by that, nor will I be startled by whatever tomfoolery I hear on tonight's news. I am also not startled when a ballistic missile is launched off our coast and the government and the military can't get their stories straight.

That is what makes the entire affair suspect. They cannot get their lies together, or their denials. Having had a career in the FAA, I do know how things are "supposed" to be handled, unless their is manipulation from above.

The Chinese are the only ones who would have submarine missile launch capability besides Russia, and the Russians have no reason to provoke us. China on the other hand has many reasons why they might wish to point out their capabilities. What it demonstrates is that they could hit any city in this country they'd like, with little or no warning whatsoever.

You make a good point. Except for the missile story, and maybe the food story. The missile story is not confirmed yet. I dont know how the hell they can even say it's Chinese, much less a missile. And I need to read the food bill to make DAMN SURE it says what some say that it says, because I've been led down the wrong path before by people that claim a bill says one thing when it says something completely different. Can you post a link to the entire video of the object in question? You can't take a few seconds of it and say it was "travelling too slow" when you have no idea how far zoomed in the camera was. Have you ever seen a rocket launch? The rocket doesn't look like it's moving that fast from a distance, yet it's hauling ass.

How do you know the airplane was traveling straight up? I say it was an optical illusion of the contrail spreading from a long distance off over the Pacific Ocean giving the appearance of "straightup". Southern California is undergoing the phenomenon of La Niña; this means changes are occurring in the atmosphere further suspending contrails into the atmosphere. When you couple both elongated and suspended commercial jet aircraft contrails with a setting Sun, you have a possible optical illusion based upon exact time of day, position of viewing point and weather conditions.
Besides buck, airplanes don't travel straight up and disappear into the sky, leaving a huge smoke trail behind them.

Within the La Niña phenomenon of the recurring cycle, the atmosphere is cooler which of course suspends the water vapor exhaust of the jet aircraft for a longer period of time.

Let's take a flip/side to your post. Can you substantiate an apparent observation by some helicopter traffic watcher's own ten minute recorded video? Ten minutes of recording in a single off-shore direction (looking WEST) with a missile at typical Mach 5-6-7? How is that? What is the apparent horizon distance at say 1,000 feet by a helicopter pilot? Say 30 miles? Or is it 1,000 miles?

But the entire source of the "mystery missile" was based upon some nit-wit in the Los Angeles area apparent ten minute footage looking over the Pacific Ocean near sunset. If the apparent observation is correct about the "mystery missile", it must be one of the slowest missiles ever launched. Ask your guests about my questions for fun.
