In particular Monsatan as they are trying to gain complete control of the seed market and enforce the use of their unhealthy GMO seeds and the weeds that result.
As well the continued growth of small organic farms is regarded as a threat by the controllers as it removes food control from their hands as a weapon to control and reduce the population of, as Henry Kissinger quaintly put it, the "Useless Eaters" i.e., you, me, your neighbor, etc., ...
