Whatever happened to Linda Thompson? She was associated with 'Patriot' movement. She made a great documentary about Waco. She's apparently been disappeared. Who has info on this?

Yes lodwick, I think I heard about this situation on the same radio show you listened to. That bio-info you linked to tells about this person. But it doesn't say what happened to her. For all I know she's still alive and is just not in the public eye any more. But I will tell you I've been looking on the internet for stories about what happened to her, and I've found none. She was a big figure, she had charisma, she was bold, she tried to get her message out relentlessly, she was campaigning among mainstream media personalities. And there's a lot of hit-pieces published on the internet about her. And she's gone now - apparently.

thanks for posting that link. I had read that biographical info part from the link you put up before. Evidently, as this quote above says she apparently made a dramatic call for a big protest in Washington, but she apparently seemed to call for violence during that meeting. As a result some people distanced themselves from her and her efforts. The bio-info above implies this was her un-doing and this is implied why she's never heard from again. I don't quite buy it. I think that those people on the radio show were right in saying she was 'disappeared'. I'd really like to know what happened to her.
announced plans for an armed march on Washington, D.C. which was to be held on September 19 of that year, in which an ultimatum demanding the repeal of such laws as NAFTA and the Brady Bill would be delivered to members of the United States Congress, and those members refusing to comply with the ultimatum would be arrested and tried for treason. The proposed march was almost universally denounced by groups on the right wing, from the John Birch Society to the militia organizations. Thompson cancelled the march, claiming that the announcement was never anything more than a publicity stunt and the march was never intended to actually happen, but publicity stunt or not it effectively ended any support she still had.

I'm not doing so well at locating her - lots of stuff has gone missing from the internet that dealt with her and the American Justice Federation, which also seems to have gone belly-up.

that's what I was finding. When you search for Linda Thompson it seems a lot of info is scrubbed. And it seems there's a lot of negative dis-information about her. Now I don't have a clear memory of Linda. I think she was very popular though. I wish Alex Jones would do research on it and tell us what the story is. She produced a bunch of video documentaries. Then she disappeared it seems. I read that at one point she was saying a personal acquaintance/friend of hers had been killed by the police while in jail. And another person close to her was arrested. She was saying these things were politically motivated. It reminds me of Brian Quigg. Quigg was a fellow who devoted himself to investigating crimes by those who rule over us. Quigg was murdered by Phoenix Police in summer of 2003. We really don't have any first-hand witness that the police murdered him. But we do know the police had visited his house and warned him very strongly a few weeks before his death. And we do know that the police cremated his body without letting anyone from Quigg's family or his friends see the body first. So, that's a pretty good sign that the Phoenix Police did him in.

Quigg was a pretty obscure fellow in terms of being in the public eye. But he was an important person in terms of investigating. He investigated a lot and found out a lot. He provided information that was required to get Charles Keating in the jail. Without Quigg Keating would not have gone to jail. Just the other day that fellow Itsa1mostTooLate posted an article here that mentioend Quigg. In the summer of 2003 I was listening regularly to this radio show hosted by Ernie Hancock. Hancock had scheduled Brian Quigg to be a guest on a Tuesday. Quigg was killed I think on the Sunday before the broadcast where he was to be a guest. And then Hancock never once even mentioned Quigg after that.

Chuck Harder used to often have her on as a guest on his show. Even he wouldn't let her on anymore after her attempt to organize an armed march. I have one of her Waco videos and it's excellent. It's a shame that she made that blunder with the march.
