Since I'm on dial-up and it would take forever to load what does it say?

I live in the toolies and the phone lines won't support DSL and I DESPISE Comcast. So, unless I move I'm stuck.

I was considering paying for you every month to have cable. Then I remembered I have no money.

Perhaps it's time you made peace with Comcast, my friend.

;-)

Armageddon could be just around the corner and you won't be able to watch it on video?

The problem with getting Cable Internet from Comcast is that you only get a price break by bundling - otherwise they charge you MORE for not having cable. I do not watch broadcast/cable television and have no intention of changing that. So, I am at a bit of an impasse.

If you are still feeding the beast, as I am, and itemize; just create an expense called Communication, and deduct phone, cell, fax, internet - all of it.

So far, so good here.

I think it's worth it anyway to pay what.... 30 or 40 bucks a month just to have high-speed internet. To be able to watch videos. In my opinion. There is so much to be gained or learned from watching videos. The value may be priceless. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video could be worth millions.
