I just learned about a new readiness product tonight listening to the third hour of the Jeff Rense program. Ready Reserve Foods is now beginning to offer Ready Reserve Ammo packed in airtight nitrogen flushed cans. As long as the seal is maintained the Ammo can set on the shelf virtually indefinitely in reserve ready for an emergency. Either as part of a bug-out bag or part of the stores for a retreat this item makes a lot of sense. It is one thing to have reserve supplies and another to be able to hold onto it in a social collapse.
At this point in time they are offering two calibers .22 LR and .223 FMJ.
Here are the pdf downloads of the labels. It is so new I could not yet find it on their web site.
The .22 LR comes in two size cans:
.22 LR 100 Rounds
.22 LR 333 Rounds
The .223 comes in one size:
.223 FMJ 33 Rounds
This is about the closest I've seen for a no-brainer to add to your emergency supplies.
