Keep in mind he addresses the same causes as in the USA for today's economic collapse. And you know exactly what I mean too. Don't you remember the incessant mailing ads almost everyday for 125% real estate loans to market appraisal with no equity required and no income verification from 2003-2006?
Today, you receive nada, zip, zilch, zero real estate loan offers irrespective of qualifications to refinance or even purchase another house.
Those "fucking greedy banks" AND the fucked-upped greedy people that bit the bullet saw their moment in the light alright.
What galls me is that there is still no solution to the issues other than the banks are making more profits today while people are booted out of their homes; yet, the banks are living off of cheap and free loans by the fed.
