Center says anti-Semitic canards normally attributed to the lunatic fringe has been bought into by opinion makers in Western Society In response to an alarming rise in anti-Semitic statements, the Simon Wiesenthal Center will release its “Top Ten Anti-Semitic Slurs of 2010” The list emphasizes that more than ever, anti-Jewish statements publicly made by prominent figures have become commonplace and not just from Al Qaida, Hamas, Hezbollah members, or media outlets in the Middle East. “Never before, in recent memory, has the Simon Wiesenthal Center seen such a proliferation of anti-Semitism going mainstream,” said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Center adding that “Our list of top ten anti-Semitic slurs runs the gamut of well-known personalities including journalists, government officials, celebrities, a prominent film director, and academics.” Many of the quotes are classic Jewish conspiracy theories updated to reflect current anxieties, blaming the control of the media and banking sectors on Jews. “Unfortunately, our list shows that anti-Semitic canards normally thought to belong to the lunatic fringe have, in fact, been bought into by major elements of Western society,” Rabbi Hier concluded. The “Top Ten Anti-Semitic Slurs of 2010” will be released at a briefing on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 11:00am at the Wiesenthal Center’s Museum of Tolerance, 9786 W. I hope the Wiesenthal Center is able to share some new slurs with me. I am tired of using the same ones I have been using for years. On the other hand, for as smart as they want us to believe they are, they still can't seem to acknowledge who the BIGGEST threat to the jooish population is. Perhaps it is because the stink from the swill in which they sit is too strong? Wonder how many more generations it will take before they realize their Number One Enemy is none other than "other joos"???

I don't know any Semites but it seems to me that 90% of Semites are not Jewish and that only a tiny portion of Jews are so parinoid as to think their main boogyman is "anti-semetic". None of this sh!t makes any sense to me. Can anyone explain this crap?

I shall have to research your post on my own as I lack the background to really comment. I shall say though, it is wrong to anti-semitism as racism. For myself (if there is a need to wrap myself in a euphemism), I am "anti-American-government-doling-out-my-hard-earned-tax-dollars-to-Israel." Let every other nation afford their Zionist asses. It is ridiculous that Israel can't stand on its own legs as a UN child after some 60+ years of existence as a nation.
