US Govt Storing Info on Americans in Vast Surveillance Database

Bid Sis Homeland Sweet Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano indoctrinates police and firefighters recently stating, "The old view that 'if we fight the terrorists abroad, we won't have to fight them here' is just that - the old view."

US govt storing info on americans in vast surveillance databasefrom MediaMonarchywashington post: Nine years after the terrorist attacks of 2001, the United States is assembling a vast domestic intelligence apparatus to collect information about Americans, using the FBI, local police, state homeland security offices and military criminal investigators.

The system, by far the largest and most technologically sophisticated in the nation's historycollects, stores and analyzes information about thousands of U.S. citizens and residents, many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing.

The government's goal is to have every state and local law enforcement agency in the country feed information to Washington to buttress the work of the FBI, which is in charge of terrorism investigations in the United States.

Other democracies - Britain and Israel, to name two - are well acquainted with such domestic security measures. But for the United States, the sum of these new activities represents a new level of governmental scrutiny.

Never under-estimate the value of disinformation !

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men." -- Samuel Adams (1722-1803)‡

"The ground of liberty is to be gained by inches, and we must be contented to secure what we can get from time to time and eternally press forward for what is yet to get. It takes time to persuade men to do even what is for their own good." -- Thomas Jefferson

Or an undisciplined mob of shaggy hackers having fun at the Feral Goobermunt's expense.

Well, we knew this was going on.

True, but it needs to be kept in front of people to remind them just how far off the rails the Feral Government has gone.
