Title: Incredible video shows rogue cops go crazy over Constitutionalist videographer

This is the most chilling video I've seen in a while, (well, maybe perhaps since yesterday when I saw the video of an evil Seattle cop killing a harmless pedestrian wood carver holding a pocketknife). This video though, while thankfully it does not include murder, is a shocking film of an officer who goes absolutely berzerk at the sight of a man innocuously videotaping in public. The videographer, who identifies himself as a member of a Michigan government watchdog group, is immediately assaulted by a 'Michigan Conservation Officer'.

You are invading my space, I will arrest you! is the title posted by youtube user savemyrepublic.

More Americans, particularly those in the liberty movement, are accutely aware of their natural God given rights and are standing up for themselves and for the Constitution. Filming police is not and has never been illegal, despite what crazy jackboots across the country constantly claim. There have been several victories in court and monetary settlements involving this issue.Homeland Security recently settled with liberty activist and paid damages after concededing the public's right to film federal buildings. Brett Darrow of Missouri , who has a dash cam mounted in his car for his own protection, got a cop fired after being threatened for simply filming a traffic stop.Congressman Ed Towns of New York recently brought this issue to Congress, asserting that they need to affirm the public's right to film police. As I pointed out in my video Arkansas State Trooper meets videocam, it's a good idea to record all interactions with police. A motorcyclist who was falsely charged with 'wiretapping' for simply recording a traffic stop with his helmet cam recently had his charges thrown out in court.

In the Michigan video, the cameraman is immediately assaulted by the officer who agressively walked up to him and maniacally sneered "turn that off'. The cameraman refuses to do so, and in the final few moments of the video, we see the culmination of the confrontation. The cameraman calls the local sherrif to file an assault complaint, but they took no action. All three should be arrested, fired, sued civilly, and have federal civil rights violations charges filed against them.

After watching this absolutely outrageous video, you may want to contact the The Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Their contact information is here. The public should never tolerate being threatened and assaulted by public servants.

The same youtube user savemyrepublic has also posted several other outrageous videos of other cops, including Taking video, get assulted, taking pictures, show us your papers and Seat belt laws, only for citizen maggots. It appears to be a new channel, but I have a feeling we will see much more from this person in the future. He should be saluted for his valiant work standing up for liberty.

The use of cameras to record abusive Pig behavior is I think a growth industry. People are getting fed up with murderous and abusive Pigs with Badges.

This is not a matter of flaunting the law or refusing to obey the law, but to see that the ENFORCERS are caught in their flagrant acts of violation.

Of course it scares and aggravates the shit out of them because "how dare the peons question the behavior of their masters".

after the initial segment in this vid, the video goes back to a year prior when when videographer was taping park rangers who were not wearing life jackets on their boats (yet giving tickets to others for the same). the current footage resumes at 3:52 and it is a must see.

this vid actually startled me the first time i watched it, lol. this black cop is crazy. he assaults the guy immediately and threatens to arrest the victim for assault, and for causing a disturbance, and several other things. the mild mannered cameraman stands his ground. i have seen many of these type videos, recorded many of them myself, but this one absolutely takes the cake.

I too am glad more people are learning of their rights to film, that's a great thing.

it's interesting though that so many people are actually assaulted, threatened with arrest, or actually arrested by cops for filming the cops. People ask me why that hasnt happened to me when I film cops. I actually believe it is because i truly KNOW, and am sure, that it is not illegal to film them, and I tell them that while filming them. if a person is unsure or wavering or scared of being arrested, they will be abused. I await gleefully the day some kook pig dares arrest me for filming something. that will be my PAYOLA jackpot and i look forward to it. So i think that is why they never do anything. it's sort of a confidence game.

I think the key here is the old observation about bullies - at heart they are cowards.

Standing up to them causes them to be agonized subconsciously by all of their abuses of authority, they become fearful, and react irrationally. Basically, their reaction, despite the bluster, is fear.

Someone should begin mass-advertising cameras for use in their own vehicles, etc. I know that they're out there, but you're right, enormous potential for growth there.

You can bet that the PTB are looking for ways around it. Can you say button up for another FF attack. Their "solution" may be simply wiping out a good chunk of Americans.

I would not be surprised to see an attempt to pass legislation making it illegal to film cops under any circumstance, but as it stands now that dog won't hunt. So, they are trapped, and the more people busy filming the better.

lol. i thought this was the most incredible cop filming vid i have ever seen. the cameraman literally has a money tree coming to him for the taking, if he wants it. people need to know how to follow up on these things.

I can actually understand how a cop would be taken aback & annoyed at some stranger filming them. But they have to learn to get over it.

If people actually still trusted them to be honest and honorable they would not have to worry about.

The growth in the use of filming is a defense against an "authority" gone out of control which feels that it is unanswerable to mere "civilians" public scum - with the attitude that anyone who isn't a cop IS scum.

You know, I'm noticing a trend with these vids. It isn't true all the time, but it's a trend nevertheless. At one time, there wasn't but one police department in a town, city, municipality, etc. Now, god only knows how many individual police departments exist in America. The subject of this vid is unqualified to interact with the public on any level, never mind a level where at least a rudimentary understanding of the Constitution is required. Oafs like him would never (in my day) have ever been a candidate for the NYPD. The few odd balls that got in under the wire were usually booted off quickly. And BTW, we were filmed *all* the time in NYC. Hell, tourists loved it when we posed in pictures with their families and friends when we were in uniform. IT WAS CALLED PUBLIC RELATIONS AND IT WAS FUN! God this numb skull is a disgrace to whatever uniform and department he belongs to.

The change is uniforms from light blue to Blackwater, is most telling.

It reflects their totally changed attitude toward the citizens they are supposed to be serving.

Yes, the black uniforms are intended to intimidate and it reflects in the attitudes of cops.

I recall a couple of years ago a cop rousting out one of the local "gangstas". What I found most interesting, while I was glad to see the "gangsta" driven away from the vicinity of my Bus Stop, was the cop's attitude and manner of speech - it reminded me of a Marine D.I. addressing a boot with almost uncontrolled rage.

Ok check this out. I have just learned some incredible info about this video. The guy who posted it, had called to complain to the Michigan DNR, and they demanded he remove it from the internet! They said the cop in this vid did nothing wrong. they officially endorse it. So not only does their pig assault him, but they violate his 1st Amm. youtube has taken this vid down twice, no doubt at the request of michgan government.

In addition, the guy is currently facing other charges in connection with filming other cops. he is out on bond. watch this vid. the guy is polite as a pussycat! after his arrest, (not associated with this video) the cops seized his camera and evidence and have not given it back. This is an incredible story and although i do not know this guy personally, he deserves our support.

Can you imagine a government saying that the actions in this video are no problem? the cop assaulted him and threatened him. i am uploading this video to post in case youtube yanks it again. i will keep you updated. i think this is just outrageous & sickening.

yeah thanks, i saw that. wrh linked to it, then a few hours later infowars stole it, plagarizing it with my exact same links, and put their name on it. theyve done that a few times before, even linking to the same youtube on my channel, without giving credit. it's a minor gripe, but if one raises it they fall into the petty egotist or 'infighting ' category. i still contend it goes back to the jew thing & bermas story. which is still posted at rense. some poor obsessed soul at infowars still can't get over that, i guess. You know, people who create content put a lot of time & energy into it. i think they deserve credit for their work. That is why i appreciate Rivero. whenever he posts my stuff he links to it, & i always get substantial hits, thus get paid.

I think the Bermas thing was a big deal for Alex. He spent so much time pumping Bermas up and then within a month or so of going on the air he self destructs. AJ lost mucho face over that one, and he does carry grudges. It is an interesting point that they are so willing to plagiarize.

yeah there is something very wierd about infowars. they carried my content regularly from 2008, with the michael reagan/ mark dice thing to 2010. but after the bermas scandal they seem to do anything not to promote me. which is certainly their perogative. hell, all i said was that it's just not right for an alleged Christian patriot truther program to advocate the gruesome death or suicide of ANYONE. Period. (as that degenerate bermas did several times.) Jones lost that one & his zionist flunkee was run out of town. The last time Jones mentioned me he showed my article on air & talked about it for a week straight with the Medina thing. he said on air 'get this posted guys'. but it never was. why? its obvious. very odd birds. I liked the subtle way Rense was needling him for a while. He had a network blurb that talked about not finding any "rampaging egomaniacs" on the Rense Network. I thought it was funny because Alex had to know who was meant but since he was never mentioned by name there was not a damn thing he could do about it. And to say anything about it backfires because then he acknowledges that he's a rampaging egomaniac.
