If that Whitney gal is right, along with Gerald Celente, the economy can't go past '11. But to answer your question specifically, I haven't a clue. I've been a doom and gloomer x 20 years, and yet here we are chugging along with the DOW hitting a new high for the year yesterday. The bottom line is prepare for the worst & hope for the best. As one who bought the Y2K scenario whole hog, I have to say the preparation part isn't a big hit with my family this go around :)

And a Merry Christmas to you and your family, Eric! I'll be on and off the forum this week. My daughter is here for a week, and we have two birthdays sandwiched in between Christmas and News Years Eve. And, of course, I'll attempt to watch every decent Bowl game that's on. Who does da' U play?
