Peripherally - this is mainly about beggaring the U.S. Population and restricting freedom of movement.

ratcat hit it when she said they want to reduce us to turd whirled status. The commoners in the U.S. are too "uppity" - they actually think they have rights as free individuals. Thus by beggaring the U.S. population they reduce us to the level of subsistence, dumb down the skools so people are unaware of what has been stolen, and gradually create their totalitarian ant hive society. Of course from their view there are still too many ants so that has to be taken care of too, and they are at work on that in variety of different ways - GMOs, created disasters, poison in our food and water, vaccines, etc., ....
