If he is an MK Ultra he'll be dead long before trial. He's opting for the fifth now. I read that the same attorney who represented McVeigh will be taking this case.......that attorney got railroaded in that case.
He rolled over on command. There was never any doubt, once the scene was scrubbed and they killed the cop who had evidence of bombs inside, that he would be found guilty. There has always been a question as to whether McVeigh was really executed or whether it was sham so they could wake him up later and have a dead man as an operative.

True. Having read it, I didn't get the impression that the attorney dropped the ball, but he was neutered in all attempts to bing forth relevant info. for the jury to hear in the case.

The outcome of the McVeigh Trial was predetermined and it was the Judges function to ensure that it came out as planned.
That is why Jose Padilla presented such a problem that he was seized with no legitimate charge, held incommunacado, and worked over by FedGov Psychs to turn him into a vegetable. Vegetables are not credible witnesses - if he could even remember anything after they destroyed him. I think the danger was that Padilla had converted to Islam and was coming back to blow the whistle on OKC in order to defend Islam from the 911 charge which would have raised questions about 911 that the criminals in the government would not have been able to handle.
