And the criteria for determining that vague point is?

What that would mean as a standard would be that if someone held a viewpoint that some government functionary called "delusional" because it disagreed with the official reality that any person holding such a "delusional" viewpoint would be subject to incarceration and "treatment" involuntarily.

Welcome to the Soviet Union.

The power to judge for another whether their viewpoint is, or is not, founded upon a rational analysis of available information is the ability to arbitrarily rule that official reality is the only reality, and facts be damned.

Under that type of standard someone in 1964 who though JFK was assassinated by more than just the "lone nut" patsy Lee Harvey Oswald, or disagreed with Arlen Sphincter's "Magic Bullet" could be locked up for being "delusional", and I am sure most everyone here can think of instances where the official reality, a lie, disagreed with the available facts. However, facts notwithstanding, under this type of standard the mere fact of disagreeing with the official reality could get you locked up for thinking outside the approved box.
