Media Blackout. Why no mention of Judge Roll?

Submitted by The_TSA_Is_A_Fraud on Tue, 01/11/2011 - 11:43 in

* Daily Paul Liberty Forum

With all the media hype about the shooting of a Congresswoman, understandably so...

...she is still alive, but a federal judge is dead.

If a federal judge was murdered by a gunman on any other day, it would have been even BIGGER news. Especially if he was pro-abortion. However, this was a disposable federal judge. Not worthy of mention. Judge John Roll was the leading judicial voice supporting Sheriff Richard Mack's Tenth Amendment lawsuit against the Feds. Sheriff Mack has stated that Judge Roll was by far the best Federal Judge in the U.S. (Constitutionally speaking).

So good riddance, I suppose. No discussion about his character, his grieving family, his service or his case rulings. Besides, his being pro-gun might not sync with the tea party label which was so readily applied to the murderer kook.

Judge John McCarthy Roll...A Patriot who upheld the Constitution by helping to defeat portions of the illegal federal power grab, known as the Brady Bill.

Was Judge John Roll an intentional target of the Giffords shooting? NaturalNews.com

www.trail1033.com/Health-...-Giffords-shooting-202287

January 13, 2011 12:00 AM

(NaturalNews) While most of the country is focused on the tragic shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), who as of this writing remains hospitalized in critical condition, the murder of Judge John McCarthy Roll, a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, remains largely and strangely missing from most of the mainstream press.

Judge Roll, considered by some to be one of the most constitutionally-centered judges in history, was a defender of liberty who, prior to his murder, had begun working with Rep. Giffords to build a new courthouse and to assert Arizona's sovereignty in dealing with illegal immigration. In essence, Rep. Giffords and Judge Roll were effectively breaking down the false "left/right" political paradigm that paralyzes Americans from fighting back against government tyranny. This unique alliance between "left" and "right", and the potential it had to dismantle a whole host of encroaching federal interventions in state affairs, may be one of the reasons why Judge Roll's murder is conveniently being left out of the spotlight.

Not long after the tragic shootings of Rep. Giffords, Judge Roll, and 17 other innocent bystanders at an outdoor political event in Tucson, Ariz., many in the mainstream media immediately began to pin Jared Lee Loughner, the shooter, as a right-wing "tea partier", despite his affections for far-left-wing icons like socialist Karl Marx, The Communist Manifesto. He was also a fan of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf. Loughner's classmates referred to him as "left-wing", though, which together with the other facts debunks the myth that Loughner was somehow on a Sarah Palin-induced political rampage. Nevertheless, the media frenzy has so far played itself out as the perfect scapegoat to fuel partisan hatred, and effectively avoid further scrutiny of the events surrounding the actual shootings.

Much more important than Loughner's own political affiliations is the fact that two of his primary victims were a significant and growing threat to the political status quo. Giffords is a Democrat, and Judge Roll was a conservative. But the two had begun working hand-in-hand to accomplish real goals for the people they served, both in Arizona and across the country.

Judge Roll's understanding of the proper role of the federal government had huge implications in all sorts of freedom issues, including health freedom. S.510, for instance, is the type of unconstitutional, freedom-grabbing legislation that Judge Roll would likely have fought against because of its significant encroachment on individual freedom to buy and sell locally-grown food. And any efforts to harmonize U.S. health laws with those of international governing bodies would likely have been struck down by Judge Roll as unconstitutional as well. In other words, Judge Roll truly was the real deal when it came to upholding the Constitution.

Judge Roll issued a 'preliminary ruling" against a case that would permit Obama to seize citizens' assets without cause Just days before being murdered, Judge Roll had issued a preliminary ruling with intent to rule against the case of "United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al". The subject of the case involved giving the Obama Administration power to seize citizens' assets regardless of whether or not it could be proven that they committed any sort of crimes. And Judge Roll had planned to declare it unconstitutional.

Even though previous presidents have gained similar asset-seizing powers, the recent case would have represented a significant milestone in overriding due process by giving the federal government arbitrary power to steal private property without legitimate cause. And regardless of whether the one doing the seizing was a Democrat or a Republican, Judge Roll would have made the same ruling because, to him, it was a matter of constitutionality, not partisan politics.

Unlike most other judges, Judge Roll backed the Constitution and its provisions for individual liberty even when it was not popular. His conservative ideologies were secondary to fulfilling his primary oath of office in defending the U.S. Constitution. And for this reason, he was often hated by both sides for making unpopular, but justified, rulings based on constitutional guidelines.

Was Judge Roll the real target? Judge Roll's unwavering commitment to the Constitution was a major roadblock for those trying to advance unconstitutional agendas. Few, if any, judges are as knowledgeable and principled as Roll was on constitutional issues. And from what is known of him, he could not be bought off by political lobbyists. In fact, many from both sides of the aisle were upset at his decisions because they did not always strictly align with any one political party. As a result, he received many death threats throughout his tenure as a judge. But when considering how significant his contributions were to both Arizonans and to Americans at large, why is his murder being left out of the headlines?

Interestingly, some reports that do mention him indicate that he had not even planned to attend Rep. Giffords' rally the day of the shootings, but decided to do so after allegedly receiving a call asking him to stop by and speak to the Congresswoman. Other reports say he just happened to be shopping at the Safeway grocery store where the event was being held, and decided to greet Rep. Giffords and thank her for her support in fighting illegal immigration. Regardless, Judge Roll was either coincidentally at the right place at the wrong time for his murder, or he was one of the primary targets.

Whether he was the sole target or a primary target along with Rep. Giffords, the strange events surrounding the murder of Judge Roll deserve more attention than they are currently getting. Most media sources decided right off the bat that Rep. Giffords was the primary target, and that the others murdered or injured were just secondary "bystanders". Case closed, they say. But upon what evidence do they base these assertions?

At the very least, the murder of this conservative federal judge proves that Loughner himself was not just an angry, "right-wing" lunatic. So what was Loughner's motivation then to shoot 19 innocent people that day? Was it merely a random act of violence by a deranged, psychotic lunatic, or was there a different agenda?

Jared Lee Loughner regularly spoke about 'mind control' Reports indicate that Loughner had a near obsession with the concept of "mind control". A New York Daily News report cites an interview with one of Loughner's former classmates revealing that Loughner often had random outbursts in class. Allegedly he would start asking people questions about mind control, even indicating that he himself was under mind control. He also exhibited clear signs of schizophrenic behavior that made him say contradictory and nonsensical things. So is there any significance to all this in relation to his shooting rampage?

Loughner's deranged behavior and persona illustrate that he obviously had severe mental problems, to say the least. And while his illicit drug addiction and occult involvement are two likely contributors to his lunacy, there is a possibility that Loughner's actions may have also been induced by mind-altering psychotropic drugs or other gateway substances that he used.

Coincidence or deliberate assassination? Besides the fact that federal judges simply do not attend public political events like the one Rep. Giffords held, what are the odds that one of the most constitutional federal judges -- one that clearly threatened the establishment powers -- happened to be present at the time of the massacre? Why were local police not present at this outdoor, public event featuring a controversial Congresswoman? And why has there been little to no mention of Judge Roll's murder by the mainstream media?

The victims of the shootings, their families, and all American citizens deserve a proper investigation into what went on the day of the Tucson massacre. There are many pieces to the puzzle that remain missing, and many questions that demand answers. If the American public simply accepts the mainstream rhetoric, and the losses of freedoms that come as a result, then tyranny has won. But if concerned citizens delve deeper down the rabbit hole and push for answers, the full truth may eventually come to light.

FYI. Your intuition seems to have legs.

"“Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But whatsoever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind, conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings - that doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide.” ~ Gautama Siddhartha — The Buddha

Understood. Too many conflicting datums and too many unconfirmed assertions. For example:

Is Loughner Jewish?

Is Loughner a queer or at least "bi"?

Was he involved in an affair with a Congresscougar?

Was he on or coming off of Anti-Depressants?

Who was his Psychiatrist and did the Psychiatrist have government affiliations?

Did Judge Roll receive a phone call asking him to stop by?

We definitely need more confirmed and solid data to form a conclusion. At this point the data set is full of unconfirmed datums which may or may not have a bearing on the case. And I would be a bit surprised if some of the inconsistent data was planted to mislead.

Well, that's understandable - after all it would not do for the public to become too aware of the existence of illegal government hit men.

Bill Ayers

Jared Lee Loughner, the suspected gunman in Saturday's Arizona shooting, attended a high school that is part of a network in which teachers are trained and provided resources by a liberal group founded by Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers and funded by President Obama, WND has learned.

The group, Small Schools Workshop, has been led by a former top communist activist who is an associate of Ayers.

Obama provided the group with funds in the 1990s when he worked at an education reform group alongside Ayers.

Loughner attended Mountain View High School, which is part of Arizona's Marana Unified School District.

Since 2003, Mountain View has been part of what is known as the Smaller Learning Community, a network of schools that have been restructured to create a more personalized learning environment where students often have the same teachers and fellow students from grade to grade.
