Obama recently signed an executive order allowing the feds to confiscate all 401ks and retirement accounts. Our media forgot to inform us of this fact. A single ...judge adjudicated that Obama did not have that authority and stopped the confiscation. The judge, USDC court of Arizona Presiding Judge Roll, was shot and died on Saturday by a "crazed gunman."

NBC News reported the judge lived just a few blocks away from the supermarket. He had gone to mass and decided to stop at the store to say hello to Giffords on his way home, according to Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who was quoted by the Arizona Daily Star

Taylor also says Roll was told of the Giffords event by phone on Friday, knocking down the idea that he saw a sign or otherwise stumbled on the event on Saturday. And the FBI agent says video shows Roll "speaking for several minutes with Mr. Barber," which tends to suggest that the judge's visit wasn't purely social.

What Executive Order did Obama issue that would do that? I cannot find a ref to such an EO. Can you provide the EO number and date?
Look HERE I'm not certain which one he invoked. He could have invoked EO 6102, established by FDR that covers individual hoarding of personal wealth. U.S. Constitution - Article IV, Section 4: NO BORDERS + NO LAWS = NO COUNTRY

Existing law demands the declaration of more than $10,000 dollars taken out of the US. In other words, authority to stop such smuggling exists in present law. Thus, Obama's Executive Order on which Judge Roll ruled had no apparent purpose except to expand federal authority to seize private assets. Suggesting a will to expand Executive reach, Obama cited the precedent of President Franklin Roosevelt's seizure of gold in 1933.
