    this is much more plausible to me except that do you know how the shooter would have known that the judge was going to be there? i haven't watched all the vids yet.

    I have read one account that suggested that he might have not been there by chance but was phoned and asked to stop by. However, that was unconfirmed, but if true adds substance to the suspicions.
