This is all based upon the criminal class' fear that an American citizen will harm them due to their trampling of the Constitution. The more they trample the Constitution the more scared they will become. The more scared they become, the more draconian they will become.

They care more about their safety than they do your liberties and will gladly forfeit the latter to protect the former. Mark my words, things are only going to get worse.

Judging by the reactions that are popping up I think that there are a lot of people of the mind that Big Sis is looking more like Gestapo or Stasi than as a "protector". That is of course the correct conclusion.

That is likely true. Criminals do not like being identified as criminals - particularly when the victims have tendency to bite back.

I'm not really sure where we're headed. The push toward a police state is facing increasing resistance and more and more people are becoming woken up and aware of the dangers we face.

The looting of America by foreign (Rothschild) banksters is, despite control of the major media, getting out and sinking in. The "Tea Party" is real symptom of that.

Since at this point they cannot make the Tea Party illegal, and their attempts to smear them have not worked, they are trying now to control it via controlled opposition such as Tits Palin, and Glenn Dreck.

It will be interesting to see what their next move is.

It is good to see the sheeple putting two and two together...

Now if we can only teach them how to multiply and divide.

That is coming. Once people wake up enough to begin to realize that a lot of these programs are not really for their safety, and are NOT for the children, then it becomes a logical progression. Of course it never hurts to push it along.

As long as people continue to vote Republican and Democrat it doesn't matter what "the people" think and why should it? As it is now, both parties know that they can do anything they want and the majority of the American voters will still vote for them. Even if the voters replace a couple of Congressional criminals here and there, they are replaced with members in good standing of the two party fraud. Those who represent REAL change are given the Ron Paul/Christine McDonnell treatment and are not supported by the two party fraud.

Until the American people dismantle the single corrupt political machine that IS the Republican and Democrat parties, their "waking up" is meaningless.

Just targeting the 1 1/2 party fraud is insufficient. Regardless of what name you give a party it will be infiltrated and taken over.

At this point in time the ballot access laws are so rigged that it is difficult to impossible for someone not a member of the existing parties to even get on the ballot.

No, the reform has to go in at a more fundamental level - that of ethics and responsibility. The parties have to be taken over and reformed from within. Even that is just an intermediate step.

Fundamentally the concept of parties themselves need to be eliminated. Each candidate should have to stand or fall on their own merits, and campaign donations from outside the district for which an election is held should be made illegal.

This is why we will eventually have a violent revolution. The parties will not be reformed from within and they've ensured that it's next to impossible to vote them out of power. Not that a revolution is any sort of panacea because we have no idea what will replace it. The American people today are not the American people of our founding fathers time. We are more likely to get some left or right wing authoritarian tyrant than we are a small government minded Ron Paul-type.

Of course it all depends on what the country is like whenever this revolution takes place. If it's the all-out authoritarian police state we appear to be heading towards, maybe more people will once again appreciate a small, non-intrusive government that leaves them the hell alone.

The fireworks

what specifically are you referring to? anything particulary noteworthy?

Not really. How long since you have read the U.S. Constitution?

often in a story like this the actual documents go unread. i thought you had read it & found something specifically noteworthy when you referred to it. sort of like the recent 911 first responders bill which excludes care for anyone on a govt watchlist
