Weird. I am only about 300 miles south of you, but it is across the border. So, the only thing I can think of is that you are served by a different DNS Server and not all the changes have yet percolated to where you are.

It's not strange. For every year later you were born, you are 1 year younger, so your age and the year you were born cancel each other out. They will always total 100 + the current 2 digit year.
For the year 2000, everybody gets a 100 total. Next year, it will total 112.
