Is It Strange That FEMA Wants to Buy 140 Million Packaged Meals with a Shelf Life Only 36 Months for a Specific Disaster Scenario?

January 23rd, 2011 I’m sure that there are plenty of reasons why this isn’t weird, but I’ll just make a note of it in case Coincidence strikes. Via: Federal Business Opportunities: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) procures and stores pre-packaged commercial meals to support readiness capability for immediate distribution to disaster survivors routinely. The purpose of this Request for Information is to identify sources of supply for meals in support of disaster relief efforts based on a catastrophic disaster event within the New Madrid Fault System for a survivor population of 7M to be utilized for the sustainment of life during a 10-day period of operations. FEMA is considering the following specifications (14M meals per day): - Serving Size – 12 ounce (entree not to exceed 480 calorie count); - Maximum calories – 1200 and/or 1165 per meal; - Protein parameters – 29g-37g kit; - Trans Fat – 0; - Saturated Fat – 13 grams (9 calories per gram); - Total Fat – 47 grams (less than 10% calories); - Maximum sodium – 800-930 mg; Requested Menus to include snacks (i.e. fruit mix, candy, chocolate/peanut butter squeezers, drink mix, condiments, and utensils). All meals/kits must have 36 months of remaining shelf life upon delivery. Packaging should be environmentally friendly.

As I pointed out some time back the Macondo Well Geology is intimately connected to the New Madrid Fault System. That is why they could not use nukes to seal the well and the related cracks in the geology of the ocean floor. It is very likely that the original Oil Volcano is still gushing and that slight of hand has been used with the cameras, as was pointed out by Matt Simmons shortly before he was whacked, to play a visual trick of showing a well head other than the one that was spewing forth.

Since they can't keep that bottled up forever, that the well is still gushing, they may well be contemplating the use of nukes despite the fact that it is likely to set off the New Madrid Fault - which is about due for a slippage anyway.

As well it seems likely that HAARP can be use to direct energy into a fault and make it give way. The unexpected massive quake in the South Pacific last year, and then Haiti were very likely tests of the concept. So, now they may well be intending to use HAARP to release the New Madrid Fault - which in turn might seal the Oilpocalypse.

And of course the resulting massive 9+ quake would destroy much of the infrastructure in the affected area. Thus in order to prevent hordes of survivors fleeing into other areas they need to have preparations for the event so that they can keep the survivors in place. That means food and clean water at a minimum.

So, if I lived in the States surrounding the Fault Zone I would seriously consider a vacation and staying with relatives within the next few months. Most likely in the March time frame.

You nailed it right here. I knew a scientist who worked with several government sub-contractors in black projects in dealing with this kind of stuff. They could never reveal to me what was really going on but it had something to do with this. It was through them that I learned of HAARP. I sincerely believe that the Haiti quake was the result of some prior underground testing by scientists a week before the quake happened. Something to do with oil deposits found. So of course, they had to trigger the quake to get the Haiti inhabitants off the land.

And it sound very similar to the victims from the Hurricane Katrina in the 9th Ward aftermath.

One of the interesting things about Katrina, and my link to the photos has gone dead, is that the eye of the hurricane was not circular but pentagonal with right angles and sharply defined lines in the pentagonal eye. That was not any natural phenomenon of which I am aware. The implication being that someone was playing with the hurricane. In what way I am not sure, but either guiding it, strengthening it, or both.
