Very Effective and Cheap Home Remedy that WORKS GREAT

Araxas just became aware of a highly effective method to alleviate sinus congestion instantly and without any side-effects. My head has been so clogged up that it's giving me a headache. In passing, I mentioned this to my friend who holds the secrets of many home remedies that are no longer used as they might decrease Big Pharma sales.

He recommended that I pull out the white vinegar, put a little into the bottom of a pan and bring it to a boil. Once at boil, put your head over the pot and breath it in. So, I tried it. The results are spectacular. I'm breathing clear and my head is already feeling less fuzzy. The effects of this remedy were instant and a tablespoon or two of vinegar is cheap and side-effect free. Wish I knew about this one two days ago...

Ladies and Gentlemen with longer hair--pull your hair back before you try this effective home remedy. Ab singed a strand on the gas flame, which didn't smell so wonderful and made me feel foolish. : )

I bet it smells terrible though.

I thought so too.....but compared to singed hair it really isn't bad at all. : )

Also, this remedy is when you're already all stuffed up so you can't smell so great anyway. It's amazing though, after a few whiffs the clearing out of the sinus is instantaneous.

1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar/1 Tablespoon honey, mixed in a glass of water twice a day is supposed to remedy high blood pressure. I don't have that one so I can't provide testimony for effectiveness.

Yes, that will surely work and I've used that remedy a time or two........Wasabi works great as well.

I surely prefer the quick blast of heat from horseradish or wasabi than the slow burn of hot peppers. : )

That's more about attitude but just the same you could probably care less about the sinuses after a couple of doses.

Great idea.

Since cheese is created using various molds you may have noticed that after a time the cheese in the fridge will develop uh, well, mold. Vinegar kills mold - the mold cannot survive in an acid environment.

So, trim off any really bad chunks and wash the rest with a lint free cloth dipped in vinegar and it kills the mold, and the cheese is still edible. Although if you leave it long enough it will become Extra Sharp.

My husband had a large fro in his younger days, back when large fros were in, back when he actually had hair. He used to spray it with hair spray and such. At a party a drunk friend decided to use his lighter and put it to the flame test. Whoosh! No more hair.

I drink alone!

The other day I got invited to a party
But I stayed home instead
Just me and my pal Johnny Walker
And his brothers Black and Red
And we drank alone, yeah
With nobody else
Yeah, you know when I drink alone
I prefer to be by myself

Headache/migraine remedy in this old rhyme:

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down and broke his crown and Jill came tumbling after.

Up Jack got and home did trot as fast as he could caper.
Went to bed and plastered his head with vinegar and brown paper.

Have been told it works to soak a piece of brown paper bag in vinegar and put it on your forehead but might have to wash your hair afterwards to remove the vinegar scent.
