Well, those of us that lived and endured the last great depression understand this song and message very well. This depression, unlike the last, will bring bloodshed and dying. Count on it.
The first depression also had bloodshed and people dying. They for the most part weren't fighting each other but dying hungry, cold and sick and abused at the jobs they could get. The Hoover dam project killed many Americans that just wanted a job to be able to eat and support their families. Many other projects also had high death tolls due to the government and the corporations not caring about worker safety.

I was referring to possible revolution. We did not revolt in the last one, altho in hindsight, we should have.
