A relative got a seat belt ticket & they wanted almost $200. i told her to file all the extensions & then demand a trial. she is a student who works part time. the trial was today & the pig didnt show up! another victory for liberty. made my day. :~)

the tribune ran article yesterday about cities raising fees & fines. 4 cops filed suit aftewr they were punished for not meeting ticket quotas. even the revenue pigs are rebelling. out of laziness.

thanks! yeah when a young lady who has never even got or fought a ticket is encouraged to fight it..herself no less, & wins, it makes me very happy. think of all the hours she would have had to work~for them~for nothing.a non crime. resistance is victory

for those wishing to take up the fight check the Monday archive programs of rule of law radio.com even though Eddie's knowledge is Texas transportation law specific he can give general advice to point one in the right direction for dissecting their state's traffic laws. one can even be put in contact with those who have run the state traffic laws through the wringer of such states as California and Georgia. for those from Alabama the agenda 21 program my be of interest also. truth be told I would encourage all to listen to all of the various programs on the Rule Of Law Radio Network.

cont from below) this isnt meant to denigrate your reply. i am always eager to learn more. my friend swears by jurisdictionary, but has not yet shown me concrete court victories either. when i win, i actually show people the proof & laws that i used.

i used to listen to rule of law when it was on wtprn. i asked them for help or direction for a tx traffic ticket id got, & they promised but did nothing. if they posted actual proof of even 1 victory, i might take them more seriously.i dont go for heresay

yea i guess so. i beat all my ca tickets, but since this was in tx i figured randy would help. i ended up doing it myself, got a deferred disposition. i figured if its that difficult to point me in the right direction hes not helpful.

My neice beat her 2nd ticket yesterday!! This was a speeding ticket. She did her research,prepared her defense & showed up in court wearing a business suit with atache case.Lol! when called she confidently stood & affirmed PRESENT YOUR HONOR.The cop was
