Air heads like her feel the need to customize the Anthem and that becomes more important than the words themselves. What's worse is that the oafs in the stadium found it quite acceptable. Also, who the eff are the Black Eyed Peas? Not that I listened, but I honestly never heard of them. Sometimes this aging thing isn't all that bad :)

The Black Eyed Peas stunk the place up something terrible, however (Slash) the guitarist from Guns and Roses almost bailed them out until the female singer barged in and started trying to sing (again) ... she was horrible and the Half- Time Show stunk !
I also thought the commercials sucked big time. I mentioned to CadetD that the audience that had paid big bucks to be there would not appreciate the half-time show ... it was geared for 13 year old deaf kids !
I also noted that nearly all of the commercials promoted inter-racial relationships ... even the cartoon ones !
